No such credit ever arrived. Talked to store manager, they don't sell Visa cards. She was rude, not concerned with staff giving out wrong information. Fridge was damaged during delivery.

In May of 2024, a part on the icemaker broke. To get it repaired was going to costs approximately $400. After making an appointment with Geek Squad to repair it and 8 weeks later, it is still not repaired. My issue is mainly with Best Buy and not so much repairing the fridge. I strongly recommend not purchasing from Best Buy. Price was good on the Fridge, but the service and policies are completely ridiculous and sub-par.

Nice Fridge, crap ice maker!

Since the warranty for this part of the fridge is 1 year we are going to have to pay for the service needed which is scheduled next week. We are not happy having paid a lot for this fridge!

Ice gets stuck EVERY DAY!

The ice gets clogged every other use. And when you take the ice box out half of the ice cubes inside the ice box falls out. Stainless steel design but it's plastic. Expected so much more for the price and the brand. Honestly very disappointed.

It seems that Samsung's QA process has really suffered over the last few years. Friends, family, and I have been very disappointed overall with the quality of their devices. Since this is just a basic fridge without very many bells and whistles I thought I would be safe. I was wrong. The ice maker works great, but the motor that dispenses the ice died in less than 5 weeks.
