    Bought this fridge due the fact that it had the fastest ship and arrival time over other franchises. The delivery date was in fact wrong, no one called to let us know it had been changed, no one could give any explanation. Had to wait another week for it. Great product, but Very Poor Customer Experience and evening worse Customer Service on corporate side of it.

    Freezer is smaller than I anticipated. It says it’s finger print proof but it’s worse than my last one an it wasn’t. Ice backer isn’t on door. It works fine.

    Icemaker sucks. It's tiny and very slow. The rest is pretty good

    Recently purchased this fridge. Came dented but was replaced quickly with no hassle. Runs quiet and has a lot of space!

    ^^BUYER BEWARE !^^ The ice makers on these refrigerators don't work. Mine started off needing to be manually defrosted on regular basis. The icemaker inside would have frost build up one inch thick after 1 week or so. Next it stopped making crushed ice. 6 or 7 months after purchasing it no ice comes through the door. at all. After talking to other owners I have learned it is common for the ice makers to fail.

    It keeps everything fresh and the water is ice cold. The only thing is the crushed ice isn't as crushed as I'd like it to be

    Timely delivery. They delivered personal did not have the correct hose to fit properly so he could not hook our water up

    Words cannot express how much I hate this refrigerator. If I could return it I would do it in a heartbeat. The ice maker is slow and works erratically. Some days it will have plenty of ice and some days you have to constantly ration it. The other major issue I have is that the temperature of the refrigerator is always too cold. I turn it up as high as it will go and my vegetables always freeze. I have to throw away produce constantly. So much money literally thrown away. Do not buy this refrigerator!
