Geek Squad Tech LoHeng H and Jeremy , are totally incompetent techs. LoHeng told me I would have to pour hot water through the water dispenser every time it plugged up and Jeremy told I shouldn’t use my Icemaker more then 4times a day cause that cause it to plug up. I paid 1500.00 this refrigerator and I wouldn’t have ever purchased this refrigerator if I knew it’s was going to cause so much problems in addition to having to deal with such incompetence!

It scratches and dents very easily. We scratched it in the first week and the plastic coating they put on it is impossible to get off and 4 months later I still have it on in spots. So much for my beautiful new kitchen.
