To ensure optimal performance, we strongly advise setting the temperature to 0 °F (-18 °C) for the freezer and 37 °F (3 °C) for the fridge.
To get the refrigerator to cool and perform at its best, kindly visit the user guide below and follow through on the troubleshooting steps on page 45 under "Fridge/freezer does not operate. Fridge/freezer
temperature is warm."

Can only use half the freezer

If your shelves are full the ice maker won’t work. We have had service out twice and they said it’s such a poor design because you can not actually use the whole freezer.
