Extremely pleased with our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with large capacity. Excellent amount of space in both refrigerator part and freezer. Having the ice machine in the door frees up a lot more space in the freezer. Would highly recommend the ice maker in the door. Also, we had Best Buy deliver and setup for us...hands down the best service we received when installing a major appliance in our home. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door at Best Buy in Rogers, AR to the time we had the appliance installed by their delivery service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend anyone looking for a major appliance that they make the purchase through Best Buy in Rogers, AR. Salesperson and Service department go above and beyond to help you with your purchase and make sure everything is working correctly once installed. Will purchase all future appliances for my home with Best Buy due to their customer service and products they have available.

Love the space and the sleek look. Do not like how small the ice bin is. Crazy small. Considering the ridiculous amount of space inside the fridge and freezer they capsule have made the ice bin bigger. Also I believe the freezer is too cold. I can’t make it warmer than plus 5 degrees. Anyway I love the space. Holds full sheet pans

This Samsung unit has plenty of interior space to store all the groceries. Very quiet compressor and evaporator fan. No handles to bump and damage.

So far so good, Very nice space inside. The Fridge does not come with a light by the water and ice maker. It also does not have a drawer for smaller items like deli meat etc.. So i improvised and used a drawer from my old fridge. I also added a led light to solve that problem by the ice maker. purchased the light from Amazon and it turns onby motion.

So far. So good. Great fridge. I agree with other reviews. Only downfall I find is no light on water and ice dispenser. No biggie. I just open the fridge door. Otherwise. No problems. It’s quiet. And looks great. The guys were excellent that installed it. No dings. No floor scratches. And very professional and friendly. And Alesia at the Idaho falls location was great. Got me hooked up in a jiffy. I give her and the guys 10 stars. Thank you.

My first Brand new fridge I have ever bought. This thing is AWESOME! Was kind of tricky to get it iny apartment but thank goodness I live on the first floor and my security door are french doors that both can open up. Im a bigger guy at 6 foot 3 so I unloaded it myself off my 1988 toyota 4x4 pick up truck and used my hand truck to bring it in. Hand truck was easier for me over a furniture dolly. I used my skills as a truck driver to tie it down and deliver it to myself. =) With that being said, the fridge is fairly light....just bulky is all. My advice for do it yourself people out there is to make sure all your corners on the fridge are protected...use cardboard, bubble wrap, blankets, whatever... but just protect those corners because it DENTS SUPER EASY! I got a small ding on the rear, but thankfully it will be hidden..but i was suprised at how soft the metal is. The door comes off pretty easy with the right tools and use the diagram on the sticker on front of the fridge under the ice maker or the instruction booklet located inside your fridge. Lol, i also had to take the door to my apartment off. LOL The fridge looks so cool inside and on the inside of the fridge side you cant set the temp for both the refrigerated or freezer. There is also a door alarm if your door is open too long I like the door mounted ice maker because it opens up room for the freezer storage. I bought the 5 year extended warranty and if anyone has ever bought a fridge from an outlet you know that fridges are unpredictable and its like pulling teeth to have an oulet replace one or send a tech out to you. Especially refurbished ones so the warranty from Best Buy is not only affordable but they even offer $300 for spoiled food & medicines. Im in heaven right now and got the fridge on a sale and tooke the 18 month 0% interst even though i will pay it off in a couple months...i just love the options Best buy offers THANK YOU BEST BUY! <333

This is a good refrigerator overall. Lot's of space, and it serves my wife and I's needs. The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is the speed of the ice maker and water dispenser, as it takes a long time to fill a glass with water, and for the ice maker to fill.

This Samsung fridge is awesome. This fridge has lots of room. The digital display is a great upgrade. The water & ice door feature can accommodate large cups. I like very much. I wish the water & ice dispenser had a light. Not a deal breaker for me. The fridge is extremely quiet. I love the black stainless steel look. Gorgeous fridge. I'm extremely happy with my Samsung fridge purchase.

1st price is good it went up $100 but am a samsung person so like the color, the fictures that it has and enjoy havimg this beautiful refigerator in my home.. The instalers, delivery gentlemen were super nice and did such a wonderful work when delivering am very please in all.areas...thank you..

I LOVE IT!!! It works like a champ! The staff at My Best Buy worked magic to get me into the fridge of my dreams!!! Talk about space! And I really wanted the ice maker in the door, not clogging up shelf space!

Love everything about this fridge. Lots of space inside, though the downside is that the shelves are not adjustable.Fingerprints are not a big deal and clean easily. Gave only 4 stars because of manufacturing blemish.

I love this fridge. I needed to replace my old fridge suddenly and unexpectedly; it came with my house when I purchased it and I didn't realize how much its condition had already deteriorated. So, my parents and I spent hours researching the best fridge in this style (pocket handles). Samsung isn't the brand we initially wanted, but it is one of the better rated brands for this style of fridge. And we managed to find it in black to match my other kitchen appliances. So, I am super happy with it. This truly is a gorgeous fridge. The doors are covered in the stainless steel, while the body of the fridge is regular fridge material. Unfortunately, it isn't smudge proof, but I don't mind all too much. It has ample space for what I store in it and I love the simplicity of the cooling controls and the water/ice dispenser. The only thing that would have made it better is if the architect of my house had positioned the fridge space differently. As is, I can only open the freezer a few inches, which makes for a difficult use/removal of the ice box in the door as well as general use of the freezer. That's a design flaw of my house, though, and not a critique on the fridge itself. The freezer and ice dispenser work, which is more than I could say of my old fridge. Overall, it does all I would expect of a fridge and it looks good doing it.
