I love my new refrigerator. It’s beautifully elegant and functional.

Even though I could not get the fridge I wanted quickly, I am happy with this Samsung side by side. It is roomier than I expected and so far is working perfectly! The 2 gentlemen that delivered, installed and removed my old fridge were so very accommodating, even moved sofa for me to make the delivery easier. I hope you can get their names from my records and reward them for excellent customer service.

I would have given 5 stars; however, the shelves are not adjustable and there is no light for the water and ice dispenser. If needed, at night.

So far, so good. Gets super cold. Lots of storage space.

Pros: Beautiful, quiet, works perfectly (almost) Cons: Doesn't have a water/ice dispenser light The crushed ice doesn't always come out crushed. (calling Samsung about this issue) I love the black stainless steel color, so sleek, looks great and very easy to keep clean. Over all, I am very pleased with my purchase and would purchase again.

This fridge is the perfect size. Modern, sleek look, I love that there are no bulky handles. There are also wheels on the bottom that makes this fridge easy to move if you would need to. So happy with my purchase!

What I wanted good color delivery was on time and very polite. Sales knew product.

I really wanted to love this ref. but it makes only two buckets of ice a day. I will be calling service on it soon. the ice issue is very common on this frig.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful! I have never loved a fridge as much as I do this one! It's very spacious and keeps everything cold perfectly. I would highly recommend purchasing it! The only thing I count as a flaw is having to get used to the door going all the way to the floor. I have hit my foot and scrapped it up opening the fridge door forgetting that it goes to the floor.

Honestly, I only purchased this fridge because of Samsung‘s somewhat reputable brand and super simple modern design. I wanted a fridge that matched my new homes other appliances. But that manufacture keeps going on backorder so I settled on this one as it is one of the few black stainless fridges that doesn’t have any handles and was readily available.

We had an LG refrigerator. This Samsung is much quieter and the ice dispenser is much better. Moreover, the minimalist design looks sleek and modern. Before we had a refrigerator with French doors with freezer below. But the side by side is much more convenient and easier to see what is stored.

It's a pretty decent looking refrigerator with a lot of volume The only thing that is a little bit odd is the vegetable drawer is on the bottom. Out of also like to have had a flip-up cover for eggs and what you'd normally have on the top of your door. Otherwise it's a pretty good bargain

I love my new fridge! I purchased this refrigerator to replace my 19-year old Hotpoint refrigerator. I love the modern unique design of the handles, which are on the side of the refrigerator door. There’s plenty of room on the inside, and the black stainless steel goes well with my kitchen decor. I received many compliments! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

Everything is great for the price. Except the ice maker is very slow and very small. so best if you dont want ice on a daily basis. water is nice and cold from dispenser. It doesn't have a dairy box on door but it's ok. Like i said good for a person on a budget. but if you want alot of ice expect to buy one a bit more expensive.

I love this fridge! Easy to clean and lots of space. The only downfall is you can move the shelves around In the fridge or freezer

Working great. Easy to install and keeps my food cold and my water even colder. Which is great I live in a very hot area. Ice maker and water makes even better. The store loaded it up and it was easy to maneuver into the house.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. Great looking and works so good. Food is kept cold and fresh and there is so much space inside. The delivery was simple and easy and the three gentlemen that delivered it were awesome. They were so professional and courteous and they were careful and clean. These guys deserve special praise. I give them a 10 put of 10 for their performance.

Very nice refrigerator, It is huge inside, much bigger than than our previous one with the same dimensions. If I was nit picking I'd say the ice makers bin is a little small, so it might be a problem with a big family that uses a lot of ice. I also wish it had led lights for the bottom shelves. But overall a very nice fridge.
