Very nice unit. Ice maker is smaller than some others but manages to keep up with a family of three. The finish matches GE black stainless perfectly unlike some other brands.

I love this Samsung refrigerator. Perfect size. Ice maker works very well and since it’s in the freezer door gives more storage space. Love that there are no door handles. Operates fairly quietly too. This replaced my 20 year old Samsung refrigerator so hope this one lasts just as long. The only thing that could be improved is the ice/water dispenser in the door to avoid spills. Definitely recommend!

It’s a couple of weeks now but loving my new refrigerator!! Love the side by side again. Only problem is the water is slowly working. Other than that love the black stainless steel!!

Great value and traditional design. Sometimes new isn’t always better. I like the way the refrigerator looks from outside (shiny black) and inside there’s enough room for both frozen and fresh food.

Love it. Super roomy fridge, freezer. Do wish that it had a light in the water/ice dispenser area (preferably one that turns on automatically when water/ice dispenser is engaged).

More about my experience as the unit is brand new…Best Buy has as good a selection and in many cases better prices than home improvement stores. The “blue and red” store let me know that the refrigerator I ordered over a MONTH in advance of an interstate move, specifically to avoid any delays in availability, was not available for another 2 weeks. So, I ended up looking at BB, who had it in stock and for less money. Win-win. I’ve since bought several more items knowing Best Buy will have the better options IN STOCK and better educated sales staff to answer questions. As to the unit, I have another Samsung that’s been a garage fridge for close to 10 years now. Runs like a champ. I suspect this one will too.

We love our fridge! It took the guys less than 45 minutes to set it up and it works great! They put it exactly where we wanted it and we’re so friendly. The fridge has a ton of space and evenly cools.

Love it. Love the look and function. Its bigger than my last fridge and i would recommend this purchase to anyone.

We were looking for specific things like an ice maker that was smaller and took up less space in the freezer, at first we were concerned that it was too small to keep up with ice making for a family of four, WRONG! it's just fine and I've yet seen it less than half full. Also, something that circulated cooling better since our old one seemed too keep the cold air on the top section and undercooling the lower section, here again, it seems to balance the entire area with equal cooling. I've noticed our food lasting longer and was concerned we had it too cold, but no, our old one seemed to be the issue. Great space in the freezer due to the smaller ice maker I spoke about. Overall I'm fine with what I have gotten.

The fridge works, the features are just not user friendly and I would not buy again. Water dispenser position sucks, water spills all over and small glasses don’t work well. The push part of the water dispenser has to be pushed at a certain spot, makes it difficult. Handle-less door is not good, just not user friendly and u smash fingers when one door closes too soon. The back of the bottom shelf freezes food. Bottom drawer is too small. Ice machine is slow and shape is small. I don’t like my fridge, I regret buying this model.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Customer Service Representative in Metairie NICK was awesome to work with. Checked about 10 different stores in state and on line and Best Buy had the best deal, for the quality and price I was looking for.

So far, operating well. Does what is expected. Ice maker working, temperature is maintained properly. Wish it had more drawers. Lots of room on doors, both in refrigerator and freezer.

This Samsung refrigerator was purchased to replace my in-laws old Kenmore that was damaged during Hurricane Milton. Hands down an awesome upgrade. Simple, sleek, and elegant all at the same time. Thank you Best Buy
