The interior of the fridge is fine, it holds a lot of food and it keeps things cold. The door design makes this fridge stick out father than most as the depth measurement usually includes the handles and it this case it is the door edge - there are no external handles. That makes this a very deep fridge vs most counters. I would give this a 4 but the water and ice dispenser is the worst I have encountered in a fridge. First there is no light, so you can’t see how full the cup is if it is dark. Second the ice dispenser takes its sweet time and you get a deluge of ice overflowing most cups. Forget about trying to get 1-2 cubes out. It is so irritating on a daily basis that this fridge gets a 2. I would be concerned that all Samsung ice makers function similarly. The fridge in my previous house was a similar LG and did not have this issue so going back to that brand next time around.

The refrigerator itself is beautiful and a lot fits in it! It has a lot of space but we did have issues with it freezing all the vegetables.

It is fine. It works. To be fair, it is the nicest that fits into the space in our new house, but it is not as nice as the Whirlpool at our old house. This one is cramped for interior space, makes random buzzing noises, and has no illumination in the water/ice dispenser. These are small items, and for the price difference with Whirlpool, should be there. Samsung customer service is terrible. I’ve called about the buzzing, and received no assistance. I’ll buy Samsung televisions, but stick with other brands for a fridge.

Best simple and classy side by side out there ! Like the fact I dont have to deal with handles..and it is fingerprint resistant!!

We love the space this fridge provides. The only negative we have is the ice maker doesn't keep up with our needs. Otherwise we love this fridge!

Awesome refrigerator. Had to upgrade from a smaller one because nothing fit in it, and this definitely has room to spare. Love the side-by-side doors as the one where the freezer is at the bottom is not practical for my limited space. I've just connected the water line so now have water and ice whenever I want it. The black stainless steel is great, and a quick wipe with a damp cloth cleans away any finrgerprints or residue.

I am in love with this refrigerator. There is so much space. The shelves do not move which was a little frustrating in the beginning to get used to.

This refrigerator is awesome. Lots of room for everything. I love the hidden handles. The black stainless steel shows very little fingerprints.

Purchased this refrigerator to replace and old garage unit that had seen better days. I have had ut for few months now and love it. It is every bit as good as the higher end samsung refrigerator in my kitchen. The stainless is prone to fingerprints but that's a common issue with all stainless and a simple wipedown cleans it up nice. While I'm not using the ice maker, i do appreciate that it is located in the door. This saves space in the freezer section and is perfect for my needs. It's a very nice refrigerator if you're looking for a side by side.

Very nice refrigerator! I typically prefer bottom freezers but this side by side has many if not all the features you will want in a new refrigerator. I like the look of black stainless and I am not disappointed!

For the 3 months i had it i had no problem. Just wish ice maker could keep up with the family. Other than that has a lot of space and its easy to assemble

Very Roomy and easy to find items ! Ice Maker is Great, and Love that we can get ice or water on the outside also the finish stays really nice not a lot of smudges like other refrigerators.

Great side-by-side with superior storage. Clear glass shelves make it easy to find things in such a large fridge. Only complaint is the water/ice dispenser. For a fridge that is simple and modern, the dispenser sticks out quite a bit. In addition, it is made for a very large and tall cup so your average household glass, even the larger variety, don't line up with the dispenser and you have water everywhere. We're used to it now but guests struggle quite a bit. Big Samsung fan but this part needs a redesign for sure!

I love my new Samsung fridge! It has so much space for storage. Not to mention it’s sleek design that is an awesome part of my kitchens decor!
