great product! roomy and looks sharp! only issue is the water/ice dispenser is a little awkward to operate

We love our 27.4 Cu. Ft. Side by side Samsung refrigerator and freezer. It is just what we needed and it is the perfect color to match a stainless dishwasher and black wall oven the other side of the kitchen. We got a black stainless matching In wall microwave and they all look great together. The refrigerator and microwave are three feet from each other and they look great together. More room in the fridge and freezer than we need, but that is a plus.

Made to replace a previous Samsung model with a leak issue. Spacious, water dispenser is great, and the front is magnetized! Can't ask for much more. Only compliant is that samsung decided to aim the water coming out of the dispenser at the outside edge of your cup vs the inside edge. This means that if you have a narrow topped cup - like most - you will have to press the dispenser with your hand and hold the cup out far enough to keep from showering yourself. Aside from this, there really isn't anything to complain about. I love this fridge.

For the price, this fridge is fantastic. It has a slick no handle from, >27 cubic feet for food, and looks great! I would I would definitely buy again

It is a great refrigerator! The exterior surface is easy to keep clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't have a light in the door for the ice and water dispenser. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but it is after all. The drawers are on the bottom, so bending over will be required, so those with back injuries should buy with caution.

Biggest issue I noticed immediately was getting my first cup of water from the dispenser. The spout is positioned to far of distance from the back where you push your cup with, so the water shot all over the floor missing the cup completely. If you have a cup that has an opening of 5"-6" diameter that you will use, this will not be a problem. There also is no light to illuminate the dispenser area. I added a stick on miniature light. Other smaller issues that I can live with are the fridge meat drawer does not close against the surface of the tray above it, leaving 1/2" space, shelving on freezer door is very thin and even though the specs say your egg storage shelf may vary in appearance, this model has no egg storage shelf. I will get used to the smaller things but I will constantly have to pay attention to the water dispenser trajectory.

This fridge is probably the largest at this price point. We're very happy with it. Ice maker and water dispenser have worked great.

This fridge is everything we needed and as a bonus it has a ton more space than our previous one! Water from fridge is ice cold and everything g works as described!

Great purchase at a great price. Upgraded from a 16 year old Whirlpool that was at the end of its time. Spacious and affordable.

The refrigerator size and depth is massive but does not seem to be too much or overwhelming for the space. The inside shelves do not adjust so expect to add organizational space items or make necessary adjustments daily or weekly based on your household size. The freezer space is perfect. Larger and deeper than a regular side by side. The ice is stored on the door allowing for the additional space where the ice machine would be usually placed to provide more storage. The price also was not something I could pass up.

... yes, the refrigerator is perfect - just what I ordered - and your delivery process was perfect, too. They came on time, even a few minutes early, managed challenges (getting it through a narrower gate and sliding glass door, and installed it quickly and efficiently. They were polite, friendly and made the process of hauling off the old refrigerator and replacing it with the new one seem easier than it is! I'd certainly recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases.

This a large fridge. It's features are awesome! It meets all my needs, and much more. I'm very happy with it.

I like most of the thing about this refrigerator except it's water dispenser which is not meant to dispense the water to a tumbler.
