Only have had it for a year now so fingers crossed. Got one without the razzle and dazzle (peaka boo window and text functions). I believe those models are the ones most people complained about. I do have an issue with the refrigerator side. The issue is, inside on the side closest to the freezer, it freezes the food, including the fresh vegetables. Tried different suggestions but nothing seems to work. Other than that, so far so good.

One thing I noticed is that the freezer gets really cold. Some may need to turn temperature up over 0 degrees, but it’s fine for me. I like things frozen solid as a rock (it keeps longer). I’m glad we made this purchase.

We purchased this appliance in May 2021 and have loved the fridge ever since. The fridge is easy to clean any fingerprints that are left by our kids and the water filter is very simple to change out.

The surface is very sensitive and was scratched just taking it out of the box. The shelves do not adjust in any way and are not tall enough for a 2 liter to stand in. The ice machine did not work well at first and it struggles to make enough for a 2 person household. Water bottle doesn't fit under the door dispenser. Fingerprint resistant is a farce. Would not buy again and I feel stuck with something I am not happy with.

It has a lot of extra room and and the water and crushed ice maker is something we have never had before. We were also sold by the 10 year compressor warranty. This should last many years for my wife and I.

While I like the ice maker being positioned in the interior door to add to freezer shelf space the drawback is it does not allow as much storage for ice so plan ahead if you have a large family or guests.
