Haven't had it that long but so far so good hopefully it doesn't break down and if it does hopefully they can get the parts to fix it but otherwise it's a refrigerator you open and shut the door it's not rocket science I just wish they'd make the side-by-side like they used to a bit bigger my last one it was a side-by-side was a roper 36 in.³ inside perfect refrigerator and lasted for at least 20 years or more

Size of the shelves is excellent, Ice machine does not make enough ice if you have more than one person in the house.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator.....I like the color and the size is just right for me

Excellent refrigerator and freezer. The only thing it lacks is an adequate ice maker. With a family of six it can’t handle ice production. However, it has a huge amount of interior space and some if the best features on the market.

This is my second refrigerator from Samsung. My recommendation is go for this one if you look for usable space. I got another fridge from Samsung which has more functions but it has less usable space than this one although its spec don't said so.

Great product and has proven to be worthwhile of having a place in my home! Best buy also made the delivery date and process very easy and will definitely be buying the rest of my appliances here!

I've had this fridge for almost 2 years and no issues with it. Works very well and is very consistent. Thanks South Korea... not China.

The refrigerator has had some engineering improvements since the newer model came out. The only problem I am having is that the ice and water dispenser seems not to be lined up right for my glass. The water and ice end up on the floor.

The storage space is great. I didn’t realize it didn’t have a deli drawer nor a butter/covered shelf. Its also missing a freezer shelving unit on the door. Other than this, it’s a great refrigerator at a fantastic price. So far my family and I are very pleased with our purchase.

Great fridge, oddly we got a different one than the Best Buy Outlet one we picked out and purchased. Not sure if it’s typical for the Outlet store to just deliver whichever fridge they like, thankfully it was the same model since it’s not the actual one we bought in person.

We’ve only had the fridge for a few weeks and so far so good. The ice maker took almost 2 days to fill the very first time but has kept up with our constant use since. My biggest complaint is there is no light on the water/ice dispenser

I loved it! Spacious! I still have my refrigerator from 12 years ago and is working excellent. I needed more space, so I bought a 2nd refrigerator and I love it.

Love my new fridge. Had to buy it quick as my old one quit lat Friday night. It is wonderful. Stylish. Quiet. Efficient. I really prefer side by sides as the are easier to organize the freezer especially❗️Great price, Samsung name‼️

Love this fridge! Met my budget guideline and has exactly what I need. So far the ice maker is working great, lots of ice on demand. The temperature stays consistent. Both the fridge and freezer have alot of space! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a side by side fridge!
