Overall is … well a fridge, that freezes and keep things at the right temperature. But ICE, yes makes ICE, but the bin, i find that the ICE bin, should be a bit bigger. Only a few (8) cups of ICE.

The refrigerator looks very nice and works without any problems so far. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were very professional. Only negative is the ice maker — much smaller than the one we replaced. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

I replace kenwood to samsung and i love it. I didn't miss my old freeze at all. Its under budget perfect for small family of 5. Stuff get supper cold, temperature adjuctor inside the freezer.

Nice refrigerator. Very spacious. Nothing super fancy (fewer things to break down). The ice cube capacity is less than my old fridge. It only fills a small cooler. Having the ice cube area in the door- there is more shelf space in the freezer.

This fridge has been awesome. No issues so far. I bought another Samsung fridge along with this one and it has had a lot of problems with the ice maker. It has surprisingly a lot of space, much more than I expected.

It’s pretty good, it’s very efficient when it comes to temperature for example a drink in there fridge will get cold in like 15 minutes. And there’s no handle bars on the door so it’s very sleek and minimal. Honestly it’s also super big

Great fridge! Love the space. Only downfall is, can’t use the “crushed ice” because it will clog the ice trash. Other than that, a really nice fridge and freezer.

Delivery was on time and smooth. I was not home but my wife said it could not have gone better. The delivery guys were courteous and professional and work quickly and carefully. This Samsung was a great choice. it is working very well. Thanks!

Love the fridge but for the life of me I can’t believe there is no light on the ice and water dispenser. Had to clean up due to this at night. Love the fridge but man such a simple thing can really discourage you from a great product.

I did extensive research before buying this fridge. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so, after comparing it for hours with other fridges, I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I waited 4 hours for the first delivery; when it arrived, the fridge was so damaged, the doors wouldn't even close. I obviously refused the delivery and waited for someone from Best Buy to contact me about a replacement, which never happened. I got to wait on hold several times for hours at a time to arrange another delivery. Upon the second delivery, I was excited to lose another 4 hours of my life waiting, which is exactly what happened. The fridge was delivered (again) and the ice maker stopped working about a week later. I called Samsung for service and got to spend another entire day waiting on the repairman. He was quite possibly the most inefficient person I've ever worked with and did absolutely nothing to help me with my BRAND NEW fridge that had stopped working. The ice maker eventually magically started "working" again on its own, but I literally have to wait several minutes for just a couple of ice cubes to drop in my cup. It is unbelievable how long this thing takes to dispense ice (if/when it's actually working). The ice capacity is also so low that if you have a family, you'll definitely run out of ice on any given day. In this situation, I've found that Samsung won't do anything for me, Best Buy won't do anything for me, so apparently I'm just stuck with this subpar product for the next 15 years until it's time to buy a new one. I've purchased ALL my appliances in the past 15 years from Best Buy and recently ALL Samsung products and am appalled by the lack of customer service. Time to move on!

The side by side refeigerator/freezer provided more space and easier access to frozen items. I miss the deli space in my old model though

Excellent brand, Excellent product, modern and beautiful design

I really like all the space this fridge has. The ice maker and water dispenser works wonderfully. When the gentleman brought the fridge and my new washer also they did a excellent job at hooking everthing up.

Refrigerator was just what we needed for our kitchen.

No handles makes it easy to keep clean. Plenty of storage in the doors even for taller items. The ice maker has a big enough opening for taller glasses which makes it painless. The fingerless proof finish wipes off easily without the need of over working.
