Fits perfect in our space, the Fridge and Freezer are nice and roomy no more trying to find anything in a freezer drawer, the Icemaker is on the slower side and the crushed Ice feature cloggs up easily. The dispenser however is nice and tall, almost fits the 2L. Waterjug making it easy to fill. All in all happy with the Appliance. Would recommend to anyone

This refrigerator was our 2nd choice. We went with this one due to price within our range. We are glad we did. So much room inside. Ice maker makes a ton of ice.

Very spacious, simple, easy to clean and quiet. It's perfect for a family of 6 to fill up for the week's groceries plus extra space to stock up in the freezer. Ice maker is conveniently placed. The color is awesome and goes well with black granite countertops.

I really like this refrigerator its just got two things that could be improved. My last refrigerator was a Samsung and it went for more than 10 years like a champ. My only two complaints are freezer related. This is the tiniest ice maker I have ever seen in a full size refrigerator. If you have lots of people in your house or you entertain, this isn't going to cut it. Eight small ice cubes at a time and not a lot of room in the storage bin. The other complaint isn't major but is still a little bit annoying and that's storage for frozen pizzas. My old refrigerator had a shelf for tall vertical items like that. Next to my full size ice maker! Other than that I have had zero complaints with the look or operation.

I’m actually super surprised that this has been rated as highly as it has. If the water and ice dispenser are not a feature you’re relying on, you might be ok but there are a few design flaws I am compelled to point out. If the water and ice dispenser usability is a deal breaker, you’ll want to read this before purchasing. The biggest issue I’m having right now is the water dispenser. The lever that you press your cup against is triggered to dispense water ONLY if you press on JUST the right spot on the lever. I’m used to simple water dispensers where you can press the cup anywhere and water comes out. It should’t be this difficult to get a cup of water and manage to stay dry also. The other issue is, the nozzle placement where the water comes out- that’s a really big problem for me. Its situated at the front of the water dispenser- so now you have to press your cup on this lever in just the right spot where your cup is tilted way to the back of the dispenser, away from the nozzle so naturally,unless you have a giant cup, water will spray everywhere. A very poorly thought out design. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t think so. The other design flaw that really chafes me is the doors. If you happen to be resting your hand on one door near the recessed handles and open the opposite door you will crush your fingers or hand between the doors and let me tell you, those suckers are thick so it hurts. Be advised the dispenser has little or no exterior lighting so if you are trying to get a midnight cup of water just know you might be fumbling around in the dark unless you are so inclined to turn the kitchen light on. I just don’t understand how these things passed any market research that was done. I like the capacity of the fridge as a whole and the fact the ice is housed in the door, thats a real space saver. Maybe I’m just spoiled by the twenty year old Whirlpool that came with our house. It really was perfect it was just getting on in years and we felt it was time to upgrade. We were between a couple of refrigerators but we kept coming back to this one due to the really good reviews and it having the features I wanted. Had I known about the design flaws, in hindsight, I’m pretty sure I would have gone with another brand. I’m contemplating returning it but really don’t want to deal with the hassle. I’m just really disappointed about the crappy dispenser and door hazaard and wish Samsung had not gone on the cheap with the near-useless water dispenser lever. Stock up on giant wide mouth 32 oz cups unless you want to be soaked after every water dispenser encounter. Also know that the front is super super shiny and will highlight every dent the refrigerator happens to pick up. The refrigerator was delivered with a small dent, which to Best Buy’s credit they were were responsive and found an acceptable resolution. The delivery went smooth and the delivery crew was prompt and courteous. I’m just really ticked that I’m possibly stuck with a refrigerator with a feature I’m pretty reliant on that does’t work thecway it should for…maybe the next 10 years.

It is a great refrigerator. Good size, works great. Only down side is (and I knew this before buying) it does not have a light at the water/ice dispenser. I didn't think that would be an issue, but I do miss that for sure. But it is a really nice fridge.

Very nice, modern refrigerator with plenty of space! Clean look with cool LED lighting! Quiet and efficient, always satisfied with Samsung!

We absolutely love our brand new fridge. We got it on sale and couldn't be happier with it. I love the sleekness look of it and convenience of having the doors side-by-side. I would've scored this fridge 5 stars but our ice maker stopped working after three days of being delivered. It made an entire batch of ice, we took it out and dumped it as instructed in the manual book but then it never made ice again. We purchased a 3 year protection plan through Best Buy but it's been a frustrating experience to get a tech back out to take a look at it. Ive attempted to contact best buy via online chat through their website, phone, and even gone to the store with no success. Aside from that issue, I would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone!! :)

Spacious and simple, works really well. The only addition I'd make to the fridge would be a light on the water/ice dispenser for filling up things at night time but that's not a significant feature to take away a star or anything. Really happy with this purchase.

This is a great refrigerator. Looks classy outside and very nice interior. Size is perfect and the ice maker works really well with good sized ice cubes. We love it especially for the price. Great value.

Nice looking fridge. The Ice maker/ice & water dispenser does not work properly and we are a couple of weeks out of warranty. The ice does not freeze all the way and gets dumped into the dispenser, causing it to freeze inside the door dispenser. The water also constantly leaks from the dispenser, also possibly the cause of the freeze up? We have had to thaw it out, changed the filter, called support many times. We now have a new fridge that essentially does not have an ice maker because we had to turn it off. Incredibly frustrating after a kitchen remodel. Could be poor design since ice maker is actually in the door and not inside the freezer unit itself? Unclear. But we will be selling and purchasing a different brand. Very disappointing. Loved the look and bought the entire kitchen suite. (Not impressed by anything but the gas stove -although it had its issue with paint actually popping off when first using it, and the hood.)

We were moving, and we checked out all the stores in the area and even a little further out of town and Best Buy was by far the cheapest deal not only with the best customer service, but the delivery was set /scheduled and delivered and installed on time. Very pleased.

This is a great refrigerator. It’s spacious, and keeps all items cold as intended. Looks good from the outside making it a nice fit in our kitchen.

I've had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks now and have nothing bad to say about it. Seems to be very well constructed and functions flawlessly. The LED interior lighting is great and the gallon sizr large door bins are perfect. The digital readout for the fridge and freezer temp is s nice added touch. Very spacious fridge and freezer compartments and the ice maker in the door is one of the things that sold me as well as being a smooth front with no handles. My only complaint is it is advertised as smudge proof, won't show fingerprints...... Well that's not the case but it does not take but a second to wipe it down and to be honest if that's my only complaint then we are doing good. Overall this is a great fridge and i would recommend to anyone looking for a large capacity size by side.

So far so good. Love the recessed handles. Plenty of room in refrigerator and freezer. Icemaker is a little bit slow. Installation was very professional and efficient.

I had my garage refrigerator and home refrigerator stop working at the same time. During this time of the COVID virus I was having a very difficult time finding any stores that had refrigerators in stock. I was thrilled with Best Buy when I found they had the refrigerator I wanted in stock and could get it delivered and installed in my home within 10 days. It is a large 27.4 cu ft side by side and I love the lay out and how much I can store in it. I do not plan on replacing my garage refrigerator. It is well lit to see everything in the refrigerator and freezer. I do not find that the ice maker makes too much noise as some people mentioned. I like the modern look of my new refrigerator / freezer. I did have to get it in stainless steel.. I really wanted one in white but .. I am very happy with it. I have owned this appliance now for 3 weeks.

Very spacious. Freezer is just so easy to access and organize everything. Ice maker works great and fast. Just love the bottom drawer, wher I can store the extra ice I don’t use and if I need more, I can just pull out the drawer.

The fridge is large, it got cold quickly after setup and stays cold, and the touch-"screen" and water/ice dispensers work well. I love the amount of space I get for the price (I managed to nab it during a sale!) and customer service was very helpful when I realised one of the shelves were missing from the freezer (not enough to return, but was offered a replacement or a gift card). Though the outside is not as smudge/fingerprint-proof as I would've hoped, it is not a huge deal even though I think it's a bit of false advertising. Setup went quickly with the men delivering, setting up, and hauling away my old fridge in less than 25 minutes. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

Not having handles made this ideal for our narrow entryway. It’s nice, keeps everything at temp. Only things I would change is adding a light to the ice/water dispensers, better crushed ice, and more smudge resistance.
