    great refrigerator when it is working. Had to have 2 service calls. Had to get icemaker fixed. Keep getting error codes. Wife loves it. Get extended warrenty you will need it.

    good product however, the ice maker leaked after usage. i found out that this manuf. has had issues with this problem on many models

    It works very good buy keeping food cold but doesn’t do much on the tablet party you cannot get Facebook you cannot watch videos your Internet has to be perfect for it to even answer you it’s very frustrating and you cannot download apps I’m very disappointed about it but overall it does keep your food very fresh and very good

    We love this fridge but it is missing the small ledge shelf in the freezer and no one can find the part to replace it. Would give it 5 if we had all the parts.

    I received my fridge with missing hardware and damaged they made me come in to the store to resolve which was a pain and then told me they would exchange it except that now it was back ordered until July (3 months away at the time) so now I have a fridge that’s all beat up with no handles on it for 3 months I usually love Best Buy and spend a lot with them but this was a very bad experience so it’s pretty hard to recommend at this point I’m definitely not satisfied with this experience

    TERRIBLE REFRIGERATOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE - WASHING MACHINE SPINNING LIKE AN OUT OF CONTROL HELICOPTER TOO! THESE APPLIANCES ARE ALL 3 MONTHS OLD!!! I PAID ALMOST $20,000 FOR ALL NEW APPLIANCES AND ALL SAMSUNG SMART HUB - EVERY SINGLE APPLIANCE IS HAVING AN ISSUE AND THE REPAIR CREW IS LIMITED!!! WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!     A so so refrigerator

    The refrigerator’s family hub works great, no connectivity issues. Problem with the flex zone temperatures - will not go below 38 degrees. Setting is at 29 degrees. Caused a lot of meat to spoil. Samsung product support has continued even after replacing the mother board. Everything else works great but the flex zone is useless, will not even get as cold at the top refrigerator!!!!!

    Horrible. I hate the ice machine. The family hub is NOT worth the hassle of the ice machine. When we first got it the water dripped from the hose just randomly then we called and had service done and it don't drip anymore. However, the ice is so slow. Even to get cubed ice. It takes awhile for the cubed ice to come out. The crushed ice is not worth the hassle. It takes a full minute for the crushed ice to come out then it is still slow. It also leaves more than half of the ice in the door (the chute for the ice dispenser) and then drips onto the floor. If I could take it back I would but it took so long for repair to be done I am outside of the 30 day return policy. I would never recommend this fridge to a friend. I am an Samsung user all the way, that's why I bought this fridge. I only looked at Samsung, instant regret.

    Guys delivery damaged the fridge ..dispence ice and water was broke trai put inside the fridge for my front door and this guys fly away and not talk about the damage frige door dispencer and not istallation.i wait 3 months for delivery now i need to wait feb 2022 for a new fridge.best buy nightmare and never buy in this store.
