    Wifi was always getting lost. Completely died after 1 year. Worst of it was geek squad. After 8 visits ( 2 month) It was declared un repairable.

    It is a great fridge but the ice maker does freeze over. It is a reoccurring pain. have to thaw every other week. Also the touch screen does not respond.

    Worst ref on the market. Ice maker breaks down and can't keep up with demand for ice. Several calls were made for repairs and finally Samsung issued a payment for new ref.

    Samsung refrigerators are the worst ever and the company itself runs on unethical values. There are several design faults in the refrigerator which the company denies. Customer service is the most pathetic. Stay away from Samsung and its products, otherwise you will just be wasting your money

    LG won't honor their warranty and my fridge is 4 y

    LG refuses to honor their warranty even though my fridge is only 4 years old. It slowly started working and now it doesn't work at all. I'll never buy another LG product

    Touchscreen becomes unresponsive after months. I do not recommend any of the family hub refrigerators. Samsung support is also terrible.

    a year after the warranty expired, the touchpad stopped working. I decided to turn the screen off and not to buy another Samsung product.
