Nice refrigerator. I like the flex zones. However, this is the worst ice maker I’ve ever used. It is enormous, yes produces very little ice. What it does produce takes forever to come out. I would not purchase again based on the ice maker alone. Everything else is fine.

Tons of storage. Can’t beat the option of using your bottom right lower side as a refrigerator or freezer.

We are very happy with this purchase so far. Just offering a few pointers we learned the ice maker sound carries pretty good so try not to get ice within a hour or so of bedtime, also coming from a regular old school 2 door Fridge icebox top fridge bottom Ive noticed that you cannot store as much food so If youve done moderate grocery shopping and then eat out or have leftovers well good luck. Overall good product just learn to adjust those couple things to enjoy

At its discounted price this fridge is well worth the expense. We've had it for a month now and have had no issues. It's quiet, water and ice work fine. We had to have our hanging cabinet above it raised a 1/4 inch because of its nonstandard height. We use both bottom compartments as freezers, which makes it easy to find everything. We really like the showcase - everything I need in the morning for breakfast and lunch sandwiches is accessible. It looks vood, if a bit large in our standard size kitchen and smudges wipe off easily.

It's big enough to hold everything I need and I like to feature that you can use the other one compartment as a freezer or refrigerator

I have had my eye on this fridge for a few years and finally pulled the trigger to get it. I was not looking for the fancy wifi enabled ones, just a simple fridge. I Love how the bottom right section settings can be customized. My only drawback is the door shelves in the bottom sections hardly hold anything because they are so small. I can fit only 3 12oz cans in one shelf.

I love the look of the fridge - I get the french door top, but no drawers at the bottom. We have the right side set as another refrigerator part since we have an extra full freezer. My main issue is that the bins on the door can't be moved and are not ideal for things like water bottles, milk jugs and so forth. I had to remove the top bin/shelf on the upper door to fit a milk jug. But I really like the fridge overall - just getting used to it.

Excellent design of this refrigerator/freezer. The flex zone is terrific and the door in a door is really convenient.

4 doors make this a great design. The show case feature makes the entire family happy and love using it.

Very large capacity. Showcase door is nice to have. Flex feature is something that comes in very handy. Cooling is very eveb so far.

We've had our fridge for about a month. So far it's the best fridge for the price we could have asked for. We don't need a lot of freezer space but even still, we had an older side-by-side fridge and we were able to get everything from that freezer into this one small lower left side. We use the bottom right for our daughter's foods and drinks. It may not be a fair comparison since our old fridge was so bad compared to this one. We are hoping this one will last and give us more years of good storage.

Usable space in refrigerator is disappointing. Access door is really the only space to store TWO gallon choices (milk, OJ). There's no room for more in door. Door shelves are not adjustable & only the one will hold the gallon milk. Adjusting main shelves for tallness of extra gallon of milk leaves you with even less space. Left door with water/ice dispenser is laughable. I though my smaller jellies & condiments would fit but they do not. The drawers don't hold as much with the water filter taking up space between them. The main shelves are adjustable, but you do not gain any space. There's no place to defrost meat. The refrigerator is always full and I have no place to put away groceries after shopping. I have to go to market more often for fresh produce because there's no place to store it. We have a stand alone full freezer so space in this one is OK, but would not work alone. I have already spared one friend the agony of purchasing this refrigerator. I wish I had taken items to actually see if they'd fit before I bought it. Pay attention to reviews saying this refrigerator is small & has no space! I went from 25 cu ft to this 28 cu ft and lost a lot of space. We will not be taking this with us when we move!

We converted the one portion of the fridge for meats and cheeses, instead of a freezer, such a great concept from Samsung!

Beautiful to look, easy to adjust settings. Very simple and understandable directions for set up and use. Simply Love IT!
