This is a beautiful ref and I have had this for a month and so far I am happy with my purchase. Only thing that concern is me is the flex zone button is a hit and miss for me to use. It takes me several tries for it to respond that I am concerned that it will be a problem later

Nice refrigerator with 4 doors And enough storage

We saw this refrigrator in pacific best buy store we like so much because the freezer section in the bottom is upright two section which all items can be organized and also cool things was front door has two section which my son can access water, juice and yogart easy without opeming real refrigrator door.

This is a great fridge that gives you the flexibility to store lots of food. We chose this one because we have a separate freezer and we needed more fridge than freezer. My only complain is that the door compartments do not have room for large containers other than that we love it.

Great temp control love the 4 door concept had a big fridge before never so much freezer room. We appreciate this fridge and continue to tell each other at least weekly how much we like it. Not cheap but well worth every penny. I absolutely do tell friends about this fridge

Love that I can organize everything nicely and I can take quickly an inventory so I don't overbuy any longer. Like it that I can change one of the freezer doors back to a fridge when I have guest. Very practical.

I've had it a couple weeks and I am really liking it. It's a lot deeper than my last refrigerator which I really needed. It also does a great job of maintaining temperature. The flex zone is great because I have an extra freezer in my garage so I can have extra refrigerator space in my kitchen.

Been a great refrigerator for our family so far. Easy too use, easy interface, and great cooling and lights. I wish the water dispenser was less aggressive and easier to fill up larger bottles. All in all, great fridge for the package

Sorry to say not a good experience with this refrigerator. The ice maker failed twice. Not Best Buy’s fault.

This refrigerator is beautiful! We are still in the middle of redoing our kitchen so we don't have all the best gadgets of it working yet. The black stainless is beautiful and my husband agrees. He liked the stainless but I pointed out that everybody has stainless steel.

In the last two years this is my third refrigerator. I had issues with the Previous brands. This one is fantastic. We use a lot of ice and it keeps up with our demands. I hesitated on getting the extra door in the front because of the cost. But so glad to have it for the convenience!

My husband and I are happy with a 5 door refrigerator. We can use only bottom 1/2 for freezer and the other side is for our grandchildren who can reach their bottles, food, drinks without us having to open refrigerator for them. It teaches them independence.

The refrigerator arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch. It works beautifully. The stainless is wonderful and the inside stays really cold with the metal that's inside the refrigerator. I love the doors to the freezer instead of one big drawer at the bottom. This refrigerator is just perfect.

Nice fit and a better unit than my previous counter depth GE. Larger, more options and a flexible cabinet/shelf configuration. I especially like the “flex” compartment that can be changed from refrigerator to freezer space as needed. Samsung got this one right!

Great refrigerator! We absolutely love it. It makes a noise when it's open to let you know that you forgot to close the door. Being able to convert the bottom portion into a freezer when needed is very convenient.

My last fridge had a freezer on top and was quite small with no water filter and no ice maker. This one has both and is extremely roomy. The bottom freezer is large and the ability to make the right side of the freezer into a fridge is helpful and convenient.

Love this frig so far! The versatility to have extra frig space is amazing and the showcase door is perfect for grabbing the frequently used items. Have to wipe the stainless down for the fingerprints quite often but it's beautiful and a behemoth...make sure you have room!

This is the most versatile large Refrigerator/Freezer Combo we have ever seen. Love the "showcase" feature so that our young son can just access his Milk cup without opening the entire fridge. We also love that this has a "warning" beep when any of the doors are open for too long.

After several months of research, we were convinced that Samsung's 10 year compressor warranty provides us with the perfect peace of mind. We love the sleek doors and the flex option is great! We love our vegetables and the flex option allows us to stock up. We are happy!

This is by far the best refrigerator we have ever owned. It's got so many little features that make it the best buy out there. We thought we wold suffer from the smaller freezer but it hasn't been an issue as we are a fresh food family and rarely have frozen food.
