Thought this refrigerator is very large it is truly amazing. Since putting it in we have had nothing but complements every time someone walks into our place. The LED lights and the flexzone add another level of usefulness. If you have the space, I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful looking refrigerator. However, I am used to the efficiently designed 4 door Samsung (with a drawer and no FlexZone) and this is a big step down. The lack of exterior handles takes away from interior space and the small drawers in the bottom 2 sections will not hold larger frozen items. Also, the 'door open' alarm only seems to work once in a while and with 8 children that is not often enough. The door flap also gets caught at least once a day not allowing the door to close properly without banging first on the alternate door. The water and ice dispenser function nicely. This design was thoughtful, but not useful for me at all. I returned it.

Great refrigerator. Did not need not want another computer screen on the refrigerator. This had the features we wanted (easy for kids to reach their items, had built in water and ice) and looks good. Only had for a short time but do not have any issues.

We have only had this fridge for a month but so far we are loving it! We are enjoying the versatility of this fridge. The left door with the ice maker has some odd sized storage but since it boasts so many other storage options this isn't that big of a deal for me.

I got this because I really don't like the freezer on the bottom where everything gets dumped in the bottom drawer. although it is great it is pretty awkward that you want fit a carafe of oj standing up you have to lay it down.

Love the options this fridge provides! I have more room in the freezer than before. Not sure how I survived without a beverage cooler before! Highly recommended to people needing a large refrigerator.

Not bad for a new fridge with a lot of space. Quality is OK. Got scratch marks on the water dispenser when some of the glasses touched it. Poor quality there.

We bought this refrigerator after replacing an LG that stopped working after 3 years and could not be fixed. We especially like the double doors on both the refrigerator on top and the freezer on the bottom. It really helps food organization.

This is a great looking fridge. The kids have not problems opening the front door and accessing their drinks. I find it hard to find a spot for all the things I would usually put in a drawer but I still really like the fridge.

Nothing but good things to say about this fridge so far. We've had it for about a month. The lighting inside is great, we like the flex option, the controls are easy to use, and set up was easy.

Only thing this fridge is missing is the touch screen and the internal camera, I honestly don't need another touchscreen in my house so this fridge is perfect for me.

Having the ability to reach in and get milk or other items out without opening the whole door is really nice. And being able to use one half of the bottom as a freezer or refrigerator is a nice option. The black stainless steel is gorgeous!

Fits perfectly into it's spot. It cools things very quickly. The 2nd door on the right side is just perfect to get my coffee going every morning.bwe tried the turbo cool feature and it worked exactly as we tought and cooled a few cans of soda.

This fridge looks great and does a great job of keeping everything inside cold. The black stainless finish shows no finger prints and can be wiped down with a sponge for easy cleaning. The ice maker has a large capacity and never runs out.

Lots of flexible use space in this refrigerator. Very bright inside. Smooth rolling drawers are a nice bonus. Wish the left upper door shelves were more usable... It barely fits small bottles of hot sauce and condiment packs.

This is a replacement for an LG that suffered the infamous compressor failure. Too new to give a durability level. It is a beautifully crafted and designed unit for a 36" x 72" opening. So far. So good.

We have had good experiences with our other Samsung major appliances such as a washer, dryer and a 75 inch TV so we had no doubt that this was going to be an excellent product. We are very happy with it. Excellent quality and very well made!

We are just learning all the great features of this refrigerator however what we have discovered is the freshness it keeps our farm products and allows us to buy for the week instead of daily

Only complaint is that the surface scratches too easy. Be careful with your magnets!! The options on this fridge are awesome, we use the the lower door for the kids fridge.

Not only is the product beautiful it has different settings that you can control temperatures throughout the refrigerator and wine rack built into the refrigerator is such an awesome concept I would highly recommend this refrigerator
