Faulty ice maker

It makes the ice just fine but won't dispense it. I got sucked in by the cool option of using the bottom right door as either a fridge or freezer. I might go back to Best Buy and see if I can return it and get a fridge that doesn't dispense through the door and just has the ice maker in the freezer with no auger mechanism that could break.
