We have only had this fridge for a month but so far we are loving it! We are enjoying the versatility of this fridge. The left door with the ice maker has some odd sized storage but since it boasts so many other storage options this isn't that big of a deal for me.

I got this because I really don't like the freezer on the bottom where everything gets dumped in the bottom drawer. although it is great it is pretty awkward that you want fit a carafe of oj standing up you have to lay it down.

Not bad for a new fridge with a lot of space. Quality is OK. Got scratch marks on the water dispenser when some of the glasses touched it. Poor quality there.

Having the ability to reach in and get milk or other items out without opening the whole door is really nice. And being able to use one half of the bottom as a freezer or refrigerator is a nice option. The black stainless steel is gorgeous!

Only thing this fridge is missing is the touch screen and the internal camera, I honestly don't need another touchscreen in my house so this fridge is perfect for me.

Nothing but good things to say about this fridge so far. We've had it for about a month. The lighting inside is great, we like the flex option, the controls are easy to use, and set up was easy.

This fridge looks great and does a great job of keeping everything inside cold. The black stainless finish shows no finger prints and can be wiped down with a sponge for easy cleaning. The ice maker has a large capacity and never runs out.

We have had good experiences with our other Samsung major appliances such as a washer, dryer and a 75 inch TV so we had no doubt that this was going to be an excellent product. We are very happy with it. Excellent quality and very well made!

This is a replacement for an LG that suffered the infamous compressor failure. Too new to give a durability level. It is a beautifully crafted and designed unit for a 36" x 72" opening. So far. So good.

We are just learning all the great features of this refrigerator however what we have discovered is the freshness it keeps our farm products and allows us to buy for the week instead of daily

So far I love this refrigerator. Easily lets me segregate my frozen foods, i.e., meats one side and vegetables on the other, and retrieve one or the other without accessing the entire frozen area. AND, it looks great.

I've been wanting this refrigerator for months. When I finally purchased it I was so pleased. It's the perfect size for my family. My 2 year old granddaughter loves that she can open the bottom panel where I keep her juices and snacks.

Only complaint is that the surface scratches too easy. Be careful with your magnets!! The options on this fridge are awesome, we use the the lower door for the kids fridge.

I upgraded to this fridge after my Samsung with drawers and lcd, bottom drawer stuck and geek squad replaced under warranty. I like the doors better, seems like it has less room in freezer but I don't mind since I have a freezer in my garage.

Do not buy this or any Samsung refrigerator! After 2 years the ice maker froze up and had to be replaced. Now it does it every 3-4 months. I had seen a few reviews mention this so I figured I would get a Geek Squad plan just in case. After being replaced 3 times and still freezing up, Best Buy refuses to see that this is a larger issue than just a faulty ice maker. They just offer to have the ice maker replaced so the cycle can continue. Samsung and Best Buy refuse to accept that this is defective product and continue to sell them. Do yourself a favor and stay away unless ice maker is not important or you are ok with replacing refrigerator as soon as warranty is up.

Had this fridge for about 2 months and have enjoyed it so far. Major downsides for me - no "meat and cheese drawer", ice make takes up tons of space in the fridge up top, and shelves on the door are too small.

Our new Samsung 27.8 Cu ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Refrigerator is great! The only thing is, I wish the tray that catches the water on the outside of the door was deeper or designed differently.

We looked at a lot of refrigerators and are very happy with this purchase. We especially like the double freezer doors on the bottom. It allows us to organize and locate our frozen foods much better than any other design.

We bought this refrigerator last year for our downstairs game room. Liked it so much when we needed a new upstairs refrigerator—we simply bought it again. The lower two door flexibility is genius.

Liked the overall products n pricing, however noted dents on microwave when delivered, the guys promised to replace that. Experience in the store could have been better with few more trained staffs
