Icemaket keeps freezing up

Samsung ice maker makes too much ice
Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

Water leaks in a Samsung refrigerator
Many times when you see a pool of water (or one that froze into a sheet of ice), it can often be attributed to condensation or a spill you didn't notice. Horrible, dont buy!

The ice maker will freeze with condensation, the water line will drip and the ice crushes when cubed is selected. We are on our 2nd service call, we have geek squad protection, and instead of them just allowing us to swap to a different brand, they want to circumvent the issue and send a tech out to keep fixing a known issue with this brand. Geek squad is a joke, and with how much money my wife and I spent on this fridge and also spend at Best Buy, we will be taking our business elsewhere on future purchases.
