Great Fridge if it worked...

But we ended up with an appliance that failed after 16 days. We've ordered another fridge for an in home exchange {3/13/20), but due to the corona virus we have not been able to get it delivered and installed. So here we are with a dis-functional refrigerator in our kitchen and a new replacement fridge sitting in a warehouse somewhere? How long will we have to wait? Who knows? We know it's not Best Buys fault. And we wish all of you and your employees the best of health, stay safe...

Damaged goods

New bill was emailed which did not reflect for the bundle sale price. Match price agent kept telling me we were not getting prices quoted in our local ad. I Had to go to Erie PA 6-28-21 and get it fixed with the store manager. He figured it out before we arrived fixed it. Now you are bombing me with emails that the order keeps changing. Stop changing my order and deliver my refrigerator #6448510 and wall oven SKU # 6394678 as ordered in our bundle July 4th sale price. Other items were delivered, range, dishwasher and microwave oven on 6-25-21.

Product has intringic quality issue

I bought new one but it has issue water dripping but it was fixed by best buy engineer and he said that it was installation issue but three weeks later it was happen again.

No to Samsung

Fridge came in damaged, stove needs a new burner valve, microwave just stopped doing anything. The over the stove light is on and that's it. All of this within 2 weeks of the appliances being installed. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!

Flex Zone is awesome, noise is annoying at times

However this is not a quite fridge and is a finger print magnet. I swore I would never buy another Samsung after my last expensive Samsung fridge had to many defroster problems. But after lots of research the flex zone and beauty of this fridge compelled me to buy another Samsung. Now that I have an organized freezer instead of the big pull out bottom drawer where everything is piled on top of each other, I will always stick with this style of fridge. I love that aspect of this fridge. As of writing this LG had a similar model but it's not flex, freezer only. I use one zone for fridge and one for freezer. Also what makes this fridge so modern and cool looking also is what draws so many fingerprints. Not having the handles like a normal fridge brings on a lot of hand oils and smudges so plan on cleaning often. The ice maker takes up lots of space but if you using the flex zone as a fridge you gain a lot of space. This fridge is NOT QUIET as others have complained. It makes a loud high pitch humming noise. My office is right next to fridge so it's annoying. It can be heard in the next room even with a wall. Had I known this before I bought I would have probably passed on this one. Another bonus of this fridge is the Triple Cooling 2 compressors and 3 evaporators. I discovered most fridges in the lower price range did not have this except the Samsung. Do some research on this and you will see the advantages of having more then one evaporator and compressor. After reading lots of reviews I see Samsung has a rep for horrible customer service and fridges breaking, but so did LG and others. I highly reocmmend the 5 year warranty on any fridge by any manufacturer as they are prone to breaking easily these days. They just don't make fridges the way they used to. I hope to get more then 5 years out of my new Samsung but I won't hold my breath. Best Buy was awesome to deal with an offered me $200 off the floor price since it was on sale for that price 2 weeks earlier. 3 weeks after I bought it the price is even $200 lower then I paid, currently at $2800. The Flex zone is AWESOME but I have a hard time recommending this fridge since it's not quiet. A fridge at this price range should be quiet.

Class action suit for food spoilage and ice maker

Bacteria has grown on food and hospitalized my family. Class action suit for food spoiling and ice maker. Dont buy this product.

But the washer/ dryer I ordered last Nov 26 1016 has not been delivered until today, Dec 23 2016. I have been given another appointment for the 3rd time and have been charge by my credit card already! I wonder why they cant coordinate properly with best buy, the delivery company and the installer. They are giving differing appointments. I would not recommend Best Buy in general.

Have owned it 3 weeks and already a service call because it leaks water all over my floor. Filter system case bad waiting on replacement part and having towels all over my floor

I promise I will never buy any Samsung product. Not only did the unit fail shortly after being installed, but the horrific service department at Samsung is a joke. To top it off I have to wait three weeks to have it repaired.

Good Fridge and Kids Fingerprint Magnet

My wife wanted the four doors and flex-area, and I wanted the showcase door and front water/ice dispenser. Our first choice, knowing that our tween boys have greasy fingers, was to get the black stainless, but unfortunately Samsung does not make the model of dishwasher in this exterior, so we nixed it. The fingerprints look terrible and require a lot of wiping. This fridge might be improved with adjustable height shelves, but thanks to the slide back shelf I can fit a few tall bottles on the shelf.

Open Box in the Store

We returned the fridge and got our 30 year old working fridge back. Not a good experience at all. Do not buy open box it is not what you expect. Very disappointed
