    Samsung is horrible. Do your self a favor and stay away. Local appliance repair people say its one of the worsts brands and they dont work on them. We have been without a fridge for 9 weeks and still waiting on geek squad people to get the exchange refrigerator in.

    Fridge is not fingerprint resistant, and the freezer stopped working 2 years after we purchased it. We called Samsung to honor the warranty and they explained that it had already expired. Definitely regret buying this fridge.

    Best Purchase for Kitchen

    "There's so much room for activities!" My old fridge was the side by side. It did its job and kept my food cold, but I prepare all my lunches and breakfasts for the week on Sundays and this fridge was just not working. I bought the Samsung 28Cu Ft. What a difference. I have not only room for food storage, but I can pre-make meals for the week ahead and still have room for everything else. The lower right side I use for my meats and dairy and the rest holds everything. The freezer, even though its smaller just using the one side, I feel holds more as I can access all the food better then the basket I had in the old fridge. Such a great purchase. FYI the flex fridge can get really, really cold and I do not recommend putting lettuce in there if you use the "chill" setting - you will have frozen lettuce.

    Great fridge, bad coolant system

    Bought our fancy Samsung 4-door Flex Showcase fridge to go with our new house. Loved it. Separate paddles for water and ice, showcase door makes it easy/convenient to get milk, ketchup, salad dressing, etc., the flex door on the bottom was the kids' snack fridge. Life was good! Until the freezer stopped cooling ... 6 weeks after the one year warranty was up, of course! After a little research and a tech visit, we found that something had broken inside the coolant system, blocking the coils in the freezer, and that it would require a specially certified Samsung tech to repair. Which don't exist in our area. Our internet research indicates this is a relatively common problem with Samsung refrigerators. Luckily, the system is covered by the Samsung's own 5-year warranty, so we are getting a refund check and will be buying a new fridge. Probably not another Samsung, though. :(

    Best fridge! Get Best Buy Warranty. Samsung stinks

    Madly in love with this fridge and all of the well designed amenities. If you're on the fence, buy it. We considered the black finish, but shyed away based on scratches showing more on the black finish, and also the ability to match other appliances. You can't go wrong with stainless. One word of advice: get the Best Buy warranty, even for the first year. Samsung is a nightmare. Our icemaker failed in the first months, under original warranty. Here's how getting service through Samsung works: spend 20 min on hold, then spend 30 min with call center rep in Philippines who ignores your specific description of the problem and tells you to wait for an email, and if the email doesn't solve the problem (it won't) call back and do it all again to schedule service. Nope. I kept the guy on the phone while I read the email, and said ok, I fulfilled your requirement and read the email and it did not solve the problem, I would like to schedule service. He then says ok, someone will call you. A few days later, someone called me to set up an appointment...saying they are only in the area between 5-8pm, first appt is a week out, and if they decide it's not really broken (what???) I have to pay for a minimum call fee. Um, forget it. I called Best Buy to use the Geek Squad coverage and they took care of it pronto. I can't say enough good about Best Buy customer service.

    Owned just under 1 month. This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. It really stands out with the Black Stainless. The 4 door flex option is completely worth it. We use the flex department for beverages and snacks for our kid. The showcase door is perfect for condiments, butter and other quick access items. The upper fridge area is very spacious with plenty of options to place things. It took about 1 week for the water dispenser temperature to get cool enough, but it's been perfect since then. (we set the Freezer to -1F vs the factory 0F). The internal shiny handles do attract fingerprints. But we keep a micro fiber towel in a draw nearby. Highly recommend this, if you have the space. It's pretty large. The delivery guys had to remove our front door to get it in the house.

    We been having this fridge for over 6 years and we haven’t had a problem with it. The only thing we had to get repairs twice was the ice maker for some reason this ice maker kept stop working. But overall it’s an amazing fridge and super spacious n doesn’t make any noise. We still love our fridge.

    This was delivered yesterday. BEWARE the height. I mis-measured and it was an eight of an inch to tall, so I had to shave a little off the cabinetry. This new design is beautiful, The shiny stainless steel handle inserts are a great accent to the rest of the refrigerator's brushed look. Also, it came down to temperature in just a few hours using the power cool mode. The ability to set the flex compartment as a refrigerated space was one of the reason we bought this. It makes this refrigerator have substantially more refrigerated space versus a standard french door model with 3 doors. If you do not need a lot of freezer space, this feature is great.

    I love the look of our new refrigerator/freezer and the convenience of the four doors. However, it is the noisiest refrigerator we have ever owned. It gurgles on and off throughout the day and night. We've tried to put insulation on the wall behind it to try to absorb some of the noise which has helped a little but our living area is close to our refrigerator and it bothers us. I would not buy this refrigerator again.

    Purchased this unit because of the refrigeration capacity and style. 2yrs after buying it the ice maker went out; turned out that was a common/ known issue and it was covered under warranty. Now in our 4th year the compressor died and we lost hundreds of dollars of groceries. The sticker on the door says compressors are covered for 5yrs but they're trying to make us pay out of pocket for the diagnostic and labor. Absolutely ridiculous. In the past 5yrs we've also had to return a samsung washer/dryer and TWO samsung ovens. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!!!!!

    This is a beautiful fridge with a fantastic design and high capacity. However, only 3 years later, this very expensive fridge has an ice maker that can no longer keep the ice cold enough. There is constant water leaking from the melting ice. Sadly, Best Buy is not doing their part in replacing this very expensive fridge even with an extended warranty. They’ve tried to replace the ice tray 3 times. They replaced the door. They sealed the ice maker. Nothing worked. Samsung consideres their ice makers an accessory and this is making it so hard to get a replacement. For this price tag, I should not be having these issues at all. I’ve had way cheaper fridges that lasted longer than this, but then again they were not a Samsung.

    We love this fridge, have had it three years and it is fantastic. We've never connected water, so haven't used the ice and water feature. I love the wide open space up top and the easy access little door on the right. The secondary door is perfect, giving quick access to frequently used items placed in the trays behind it. We also appreciate the power freeze option for the lower right door, good for the ice cream after making the trip from the store.

    I purchased the Samsung RF28K907OSR/AA refrigerator and was initially pleased with its modern design and features. However, after just a few months of use, the ice maker stopped working. At first, it was just a minor inconvenience, but it quickly became a major issue. I tried all of the troubleshooting tips suggested by Samsung, but nothing worked. As if that wasn't bad enough, the freezer stopped working altogether shortly after. The temperature would not go below a certain level, even after adjusting the settings. The result was all of my frozen food spoiling, costing me hundreds of dollars in wasted groceries. I contacted Samsung's customer service, but they were not helpful in resolving the issues. They offered to send a technician out, but only after I paid for the service call and any necessary repairs. Overall, I would not recommend the Samsung RF28K907OSR/AA refrigerator to anyone. The ice maker and freezer issues are major design flaws that make this refrigerator not worth the price. Save yourself the headache and invest in a more reliable appliance.

    Great Refrigerator

    I love this Refrigerator. Fingerprints don't show up as much on the black stainless but the handles show everything. I love the doors on the bottom instead of the two drawers even thought it seems like it has a little less space in the freezer. The App for the fridge works great to tell you if anyone has left the doors open. Over all I would recommend.

    4.5 years with this fridge and it's aggravating! The ice maker keeps freezing up and now the freezer quit working. For a $2,500 product, we expected it to last 10 years. Unfortunately, gone are the days when one fridge would last you two decades. Buy anything Samsung at your own risk! If you have the money to throw away, buy another brand and donate the money.

    I paid 3000 dollars for it, most expensive appliance ever. Its beautiful but that's it, the ice maker is a known issue and they are still fighting it. has not worked right since day 1 bought it october of 2016 freezer won't cool after a power outage. on the phone with tech support for over an hour trying to get it to reset worked for 4 hours, freezer is now 65 degrees. I have never had to have a fridge repaired that wasn't not 10 years old, just sad
