Love this refrigerator! I bought the black stainless steel two years ago. Sold my house and there went my fridge. Had to get another one. Stainless steel this time because the appliances were stainless in this house. Prefer black stainless out of the two because of less fingerprints. Great deal if you can get it on sale, otherwise a bit expensive.

I looked at a lot of reviews before we bought this refrigerator. So far, we've not been disappointed. The black stainless is smudge resistant. The showcase door and separate drawer refrigerator are perfect for my two teens who are constantly looking for something to eat or drink. Saves electricity. And best buy delivery and set up were quick and courteous.

Lots of space, great ice-maker, very silent, the middle tray has several configurations to suit your needs

It looks modern and certainly nice and seems to work well. It’s nice and quiet. The ice bucket is quite small compared to our old fridge. Geek squad installation was a problem, that’s not fridges fault, as they don’t remove plastic and then put doors over top so you can’t remove all the plastic. Geek squad were meant to come and fix yesterday but rank an hour before the appointment end time and said they didn’t have the tool. They are hopefully coming tomorrow. .

I absolutely love the fridge. The only negative part about the fridge is that the motor is a bit loud. Besides that, lots of space and nice design.

Love the external 3rd drawer. The adjustable shelves are a plus. Door in door is great with kids. Alarm is useful. Only downfall, is the water in door shoots angled back and filling oversized water bottles is challenging, but easily overcome. That is outweighed by everything else. Third French door model I have owned.

Our Family is loving this Fridge, very spacious and convenient. Water and Ice dispenser works great and seems to run very efficient.

This is one of the best refrigerators I've ever had the privilege of using and it is absolutely beautiful in black stainless steel

No noise, works smooth, now waiting to see my monthly energy bills.....very spacious...excellent with managing foods/edibles in various sections.

After reading tons of reviews and going back and forth on several refrigerator options, we chose this Samsung refrigerator! We love the french doors, the double drawers, and the food showcase option! Best Buy came out and easily installed the fridge the day and time we requested! The only complaint I have about this fridge so far (we have had it for about 3 weeks now) is the water dispenser. The drip tray to catch water isn't that large and water normally ends up on our hardwood floors after you fill your cup. The fridge is fabulous otherwise though! It's quiet, ice maker makes ice qiuckly! The drawers are large and functional and fit a TON of food! I love all the options inside the refrigerator too as far as lifting shelves and moving things around. We are very happy with this purchase!

I love several things about my new Samsung frig: 1. I love the "preview" door on the right side which enables you access to the items just inside the door without opening the entire door! 2. The middle drawer which allows you to adjust the temperature from deli to wine for an exact chill. 3. The color! The new black steel is really nice. I bought a home with black appliances and the black steel goes perfectly with them.

Going from a 10 year old regular old top/bottom fridge to this new Samsung was just as exciting as getting a new car ! The technology in it has blown me away ! Separate controls for separate drawers so the temp is always how you like/need it !!! And the space inside is incredible !! There’s nothing you can’t fit in this !! For a growing family who lives to cook and entertain for a lot of people this fridge is a dream .. the black stainless look is gorgeous and will transform your kitchen

Purchased this fridge and loved the space and design. Cleaning up spills is cumbersome as well as the whole shelf must be removed. Overall though was very happy with the fridge until...Less than a year goes by, and the flex drawer display and LED lights go out. Thankfully we purchased the Geek Squad warranty. Repair company comes out and botches the repair. I request service from a different repair company and the tech confirms the first repair company completely ruined our fridge and it has to be replaced (which Geek Squad covered in full, thank you!).

This is an upgrade from our previous fridge. I did not think I wanted the middle drawer but my husband insisted, and I am glad he did. The fridge is spacious and having the middle drawer does not detract from that space or from the freezer space. It's easy access, large enough to be really useful. I am a very happy camper.

So far so good. Have only had it for a few days but we love it. Tons of room and looks great. Very quiet can't tell if it is running.

We love our new fridge. The color (black stainless steel) sets our appliances apart but is very much the wow factor of our kitchen.

We really like this refrigerator. The only complsint and it is minor, is that the ice maker takes up to much room.

The first thing I would like to comment on is how QUIET this refrigerator is. My home is an open floor plan with no walls separating the kitchen from the living area. In complete silence, you can barely hear it running. If there is any noise from people conversing, the tv on, or radio on, you cannot hear it at all. I really enjoy the Flex-zone metal cooling drawer with a variable temperature control. I keep my deli meats, bacon and fresh meats that i am going to cook within a few days at the desired cold temperatures. I also find that I have plenty of refrigerator storage space. The freezer, with its bins AND sliding drawer, is also large and convenient. If there is one weak item, it is the ice maker. It is rather slow in dispensing ice. But then, I think that is a complaint of most refrigerators. It is better than my previous 6 year old refrigerator, however. The refrigerator is only a month old so I cannot comment on repair issues except to say, there are none at this point. I would buy this Samsung 4-door refrigerator again.
