I am in love with my new refrigerator! Aside from Samsung design flaw for the condiment shelves this fridge is top of my list.It is guiet, has energy settings and is sexy in black stainless steel. Highly recommended!

Fits well with our needs and has plenty of space....

Love the second drawer it is so handy and the door in a door feature makes getting the milk so much easier. I love the lower large freezer with its two shelves. So much room I really do not need to go to my big freezer as much.

Makes ice very quickly. Stays cold even after having doors open to put away groceries. Only makes noise when using water filter to make ice. Much quieter then our old fridge. Upgrades the look of our kitchen.

We purchased our Samsung refrigerator about a month ago. Overall very happy with the unit. It's quiet, very nice looking inside and out, and the water taste is good. My only complaint about this unit is the water dispenser design. It faces inward towards the door, so if you're filling a standard 12 oz glass of water, you actually have to lift the glass up while filling. The Whirlpool unit we returned due to noise had a much better design as the water flowed straight down and also allowed you to set the number of oz you want to dispense so you could walk away while your glass filled. Overall, it's great, but expect more out of Samsung.

Overall this is a nice fridge as we have 4 adults in a single household with own groceries so plenty of room. The indoor water and ice maker could be better. It is definitely not quiet and tends to lean to loud side when getting ice. Also the water tends to be just the other side of room temp so we still use Brita in fridge. Also there is quite a bit of water leakage from the dispenser which requires a towel after after each filled glass or bottle. The fridge outside of the indoor part is great. Plenty of space and while I thought the door in door and cooling were gimmicks, I was proven wrong. We continually use the DinD and provides tons of extra space.

Not only does this refrigerator look good its also very functional with a busy family. The door in door has made getting milk and juice a breeze. We have owned stainless in the past and the finger prints from the kids and nose prints from the pets drove me crazy. With this new black stainless that is NOT a concern at all! The only complaint I have is that the ice maker is on the small side and we tend to run out of ice. So we have learned to prepare and bag some ahead of having dinner guests...problem solved.

I wanted a white refrigerator but this only came as pictured...the finish doesn't show fingerprints and is easy to clean. The freezer, middle drawer, and ice maker all are working fine and keeping correct temperatures. The top refrigerator is set for 36, but even first thing in morning is only 39 degrees. I can chill it further with the quick chill feature, but it appears to stay between 39-42 all day and everything seems to stay fresh. I have the extended warranty so I am not concerned now. If you are short (I am 5') it is a little difficult reaching the back of top shelves...just remember to put larger containers there and that eliminates calling for help!

The size of this refrigerator is perfect and deep enough to hold tons of food and drinks. The convertible drawer is great and perfect for cold drinks. The LED light makes for a great look and the freezer has plenty of room.

Great, AT FIRST. I even recommended it to a friend who bought the same one. However, the ice maker began to freeze over about once a month which locked it up. I bought the 10 year extended warranty so felt I was protected from major component problems. My warranty did replace the original ice maker a few months after purchasing (Feb '18), but the freezing continued. Scheduling a repair company monthly, during their 4 hour window, is unsustainable. The last melt attempt damaged the plastic. The warranty company came back, but told me the parts can not be fixed because they are part of the actual body. So, insult to injury, I had to pay a service call fee on top of the warranty I bought because they couldn't fix the damage. I mean, if you are going to produce a sub standard ice maker, at least make it easily replaceable. I should have reviewed this product more in depth prior to purchasing, because I see a lot of ice maker issues are out there.

Product performs as expected by the positive reviews. only have had the unit for a little more than a month with no known issues. Delivery went with any issues. Had the same/similar model without the door in the door and the center drawer features and would anticipate trouble free operation until failure after warranty.

In 48 years of owning refrigerators this is by far the best. The overall style compliments todays kitchens. The convenience and versatility of the "snack drawer" appeals to everyone in the household. The freezer compartment holds more than a conventional side by side. The third fridge door holds needed "quick" items with being energy efficient. Ice and water dispensed without fanfare AND the fridge is as QUIET as can be. We have to sometimes ask one another if its running? Don't hesitate to make this your next refrigerator.

Love the fridge. door in door is convenient and food stays same temp in the door as in fridge (good for dairy products staying same temp = products stay fresh longe )r. . very convenient for frequently used items. not just a gimmick. Samsung design great. makes lots of ice. Drawer for beveaiges really nice

Delivered as promised. Setup was quick. Quiet operation. Plenty of storage room. Nice big freezer compartments. Convenient door in door. Exterior finishe attractive and smudge proof.

This fridge is by far exceeding my expectations! There is so much space and the temperature controls are super! The freezer has more space than I need. The Black stainless is so easy to keep clean.

We love this new samsung fridge. The middle drawer is a great place to put snacks for the kids so they can help themselves. The spacing is arranged great and it hold much more than our previous fridge and makes it easier to get to all items. The Showcase door is great for items that get taken out all of the time like milk, butter, sauces, etc. The LED lighting is bright, the controls are great. This is an overall win from a fridge. This was not our first pick, but I'm glad we took it because we could not be happier. It comes with my highest recommendation

When starting to look, we naturally trended toward the typical brands Whirlpool, GE, etc., but decided to look at Samsung, I think their TV's are the best and thought why not see what else they are doing. We had it for two months now and absolutely love it, glad we bought it. The middle drawer is awesome, get for sodas, lunch meats, etc (sodas chilled to 33 degrees taste so much better), And we always go through ice, this one, no ice shortages ever, holds something like 4lbs of ice it makes and makes up to 10lb a day.,,,a bag of ice a day! Can't beat it. And Best Buy had the best price in town to boot... If you buy this fridge, I am fairly certain you won't have any regrets, we surely didn't.

When our new Samsung Refrigerator was delivered by Best Buy kitchen wasn't ready, so I had to assemble it myself couple of days later. It was easy strait forward process. As soon as fridge was connected we had a drip out of water dispenser about each 10 sec. During phone call to Samsung tech line I realize I'm on my own, they are reading from same manual I have with the unit. Blowing all air bobbles from fridge system and reducing water pressure coming in with valve helped reduce dripping rate to about 1 each minute. Next morning I noticed very little water in plastic cup we left overnight under dispenser and during same day issue gone completely. We have it for two month now and its all good and works perfectly.

Amazing how much can be stored in doors. My favorite is the middle drawer that can be set to 4 different temperatures. We use it for cold cuts, cheese, dips. Convenient feature since its stores our food we use most. Freezer spacious too. Seems to keep accurate temperatures. Can fit my water pitcher under dispenser. Ice maker fufills our needs for a family of 4. Replacement for a 2009 GE fridge that died. Even though different brand from rest if our appliances design seems to match. Loved black stainless less fingerprints but bought regular stainless to match other appliances and more reflections to make small apartment kitchen look brighter. Quiet.

I love the showcase door for drinks and condiments. The only drawback is that the icemaker is a little slow to dispense and does not have much capacity. Still a great fridge.
