The product is is very good plenty of space. Like the lighting the door set up and the refrigerated mid pull out drawer. At times seems noisier than I expected but not disconcerting.. It took 3 tries over period of 1 month to get one delivered that was undamaged!!. First 2 time the fridge was dented out of the box. Best Buys system was very confusing on how to handle this. Had to physically go back to store to get it corrected. Would high recommend the fridge but inspect it carefully on delivery .!

This fridge replaced same size side-by-side fridge. We have so much more space now. It used to be a hassle to dig something out of freezer, no space and no organization. Now our freezer almost empty. Don't know how that's possible. The inside of the fridge is bright and easy to reach. Easy to see what is inside even in the back. door in door is nice too. The middle drawer can keep different temp. We use it a lot. No fingerprints on doors and you can stick your magnets all over it. We live it. One complaint so far - the loud ice maker. Oven if it is full, you can still hear loud cracking noises from time to time.

The quick access front door is quite useful and the flex drawer is the best! we set it for cold drinks and all of the sudden have a whole lot of space in the actual refrigerator section!

I love this refrigerator! There is so much space compared with our previous refrigerator and we are able to organize things better with the available drawers. I love the flex zone drawer. We have it set to the colder setting and keep our drinks in there. The sodas come out with just a tiny hint of iciness which we love. I personally can’t believe how much space the freezer has. My only issue is the ice dispenser doesn’t really do crushed ice. It’s more like larger chunks of an ice cube. But this is very minor and not really a reason to not buy it. I only mention it to give an accurate description.

So far we love this refrigerator. Looks really nice in our new kitchen. Large opening freezer door and really enjoy having the middle multi use drawer. The only con would be small ice maker and if you are getting crushed ice you have a small amount that misses cup and goes in the floor.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The easy access door is so convenient for accessing drinks without having to dump all of the cold air. The deli drawer is also incredibly convenient. The only complaint I have at all is the door shelves are small for putting any gallon containers in.

Am absolutely in love with this fridge. Freezer has an abundance of space. LOVE the Deli drawer for all those misc items (eggs, cheese, tortillas, yogurt, cream cheese, etc). Like the pop up shelf in the fridge section for taller drink items. Wasn't sure we would really use the "secret" door, but we do for our creamer, dressings, etc. It's a fun addition. Ice and water dispenser works well too. Only downside is this fridge is a little noisy compared to our previous model. Would definitely recommend this model!

I love this fridge but it does have it's cons. I thought the door in the door was a gimmick but it is my favorite thing! The flex drawer is awesome too and the freezer is just big enough for my needs. The cons of this fridge would be the top 2 shelves aren't movable and the shelves are quite short. There are only 2 places to put a gallon of milk (on one shelf and in the door) and anything else that tall I have a hard time placing in this fridge. I am considering losing one of the shelves all together to make some taller room. I still love it but it is not perfect.

I love the black stainless look and no fingerprints left behind! Looking at it in the store I loved the showcase door, using it everyday it is worth the extra money! I thought the freezer was going to be too small, but once I started to fill it up it held twice as much as my last fridge. The flex drawer is an added bonus. 4 different settings is a great feature. I have fit more then 4 12 packs of soda in this drawer! I had to convince my wife, when purchasing but she loves everything about it! Amazing fridge!!!

Measure, Measure, the thing is massive, I love everything about it, except after you go food shopping it still looks and feels empty. The wife and I love the extra slide out drawer, you can set the temp to make your beverages almost frozen.

Love this refrigerator! The black stainless steal hardly shows fingerprints. The shelves inside can fold in or slide in to create more space. It's great for a large family with a lot of food.

Our new refrigerator is head and shoulders above our old Frigidaire. The water and ice feature on the french door is much better than the old model along with the pass through door on the other side. We didn't think we would get much use out of that option, but it is used every day!

Only a couple weeks old but we love this fridge. It's very spacious compared to our previous Frigidaire French Door fridge. Only thing I've noticed is the previous fridge's fruit/veggie drawers were much deeper than this one. Kinda is a big deal b/c we eat lots of fresh fruit/veggies. Only reason not 5 stars is b/c this thing was PRICEY & it's only black stainless on the front/doors, seriously?! Would've take 5 weeks to get in black & I couldn't wait. To think I'll be changing the other appliances in my kitchen- I'm a matchy appliance kinda girl. Have the range & dishwasher left, the prices are ridic.

Love the Samsung refrigerator it is very spacious and has lots of great features. The black stainless steel creates a beautiful addition to our kitchen.

I love my new fridge. The showcase door and the adjustable temp drawer are great features. And the black stainless is beautiful and does not show fingerprints like regular stainless does.

We absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! SO MUCH room! Keeps everything right temps, looks beautiful, and runs like a dream. We had one issue right after install of the in-door water dripping, but a quick Google and learned the problem was air in the line. Followed the recommended fix of taking out the filter and running several gallons through the line, reinserted filter, and it hasn't dripped since. Very, Very happy with this purchase. We have had it for about 6 weeks now. Also, installation was done by Geek Squad and they did a phenomenal job on install and going over all the functions.

Overall, it’s a good refrigerator. I was a little disappointed about the noise it makes, but the price kind of made up for that. We bought as an open box and we saved almost $1000 vs one that was never open. It’s quiet big, especially the freezer. It’s almost the size of a small chest freezer. The middle drawer can be used either as a refrigerator or a freezer and has 3 temperature settings. Also, different temperatures can be set for the refrigerator side and the freezer side (actual temperature, Celsius or Fahrenheit).

It took 3 attempts to get us one without a crooked drawer, but the Geek Squad delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We got to use a loaner so we could get familiar with the features before everything got taken care of so we were never without.

Looks Great but the refrigerator is not as large as it looks because there is not very much door space for all the condiments. The door on ice maker side is so narrow only skinny hot sauce bottle can fit. Everyone opens both doors to view inside instead of using one door. The right saver door takes up space and doesnt hold much. The freezer is great. I like the drawer but put a bag of fruit in and its full. Can't stack fruit like a regular refrig door. Ice maker is sooo slow!

This refrigerator has been a dream! So far I have no complaints and it has been working out well for our household. The capacity is amazing. I have never had a refrigerator that I wasn't searching for a place to shove something in. I find it easy to keep organized and clean.
