Several days prior to the installation date, I notified Best Buy customer service that I wanted to have the free full installation done, and the rep agreed to change it. The installer,presumably R. Portillo, (510) 401-4798, could not locate my house, despite my informing him, repeatedly, that it was the only house on the block with a white truck parked in the yard. I watched them drive by several times. They told me that they were not going to install the refrigerator. I told them I had ordered installation. They brought it into my kitchen, repeating they were not required to install it., and refusing at each step to complete the process, although I insisted it is their job. They did not call their supervisors. The primary installer, presumably R. Portillo, stormed out without placing the appliance where it belongs and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, failing to LEVEL it. I followed him and videod him wagging his buttocks and shaking his arms in the air and making little sounds---this is a video I can supply to Best Buy, as I assured him. After they left, I paid privately about $60 to have the appliance levelled because I called the installation customer service to report their failure, and they offered to send someone out after several days. They told me they could not return the 2 who just left. Does this sound plausible? .Subsequently they mistakenly sent 2 sets of installers to "level" the refrigerator. I don't know why. The refrigerator seems ok. Very plastic. The middle optional temperature drawer closes irregularly---this is a design flaw, but if you are careful, you can compensate for it. Note that in the product guide, Samsung advises the owner that if he/she smells smoke of sees flames, to unplug the appliance immediately. I installed an access door behind the fridge so I could unplug it without setting fire to my hair. Also note that Samsung advises the owner not to stare at the inside lights for long---I'm guessing they are UV lights. Consider this if you have kids who will open the doors. Samsung and LG are the direct competitors for refrigerators with these features. Your alternative is to buy a multi-thoousand dollar excellent refrigerator fmade by Liebherr---might have saved me time and frustration.

my samsung refrigerators ice maker is being fixed for the second time ! Its only a year old and im already having problems!Samsung has atleast been willing to fix it though.

Replacing almost identical fridge with exception of second pull out drawer and new one in black stainless. So far having no issue with the ice maker, which was the biggest problem with the prior Samsung. The black stainless keeps fingerprints at bay, which is a relief because the stainless seemed to be a magnet for fingerprints. The middle pull out drawer has been very useful. Only gripe is that the freezer compartment could have been improved by having two slide out drawers, instead of one.

I've had this refrigerator for over a year. Overall it has been good. The ice maker froze out from within and there was no other way to open up the tray other than to unplug the refrigerator and let it thaw out. After that it has been good so far. It also had a glitch during that time where it would only give crushed ice and not cubed. But it fixed it self. •we purchased this as an open box item at a discount•

Love this refrigerator...not even a month we had trouble as everything shut down...called Geek Squard ...had to unplug then rep lug everything back to normal...reset computer..so far, working great...hopefully this won't happen again...

I am thrilled with this item. The features with the adjustable shelves, the door and design is great for my families needs.

This new samsung refridge is so gorgeous. The design itself is so attractive first off. The inside room capacity is pleanty enough, too. It designed so well for conveniently. I wish both doors have easy access not just the right side though. Highly recommend.

Love the stainless black. Doesn't show finger prints. Easy to clean. Just wipe off with a wet rag. Spacious refrigerator and freezer.

I love this product. Samsung has quality appliances that I would recommend. Spacious and also a great color choice when I went with black stainless steel.

We bought this refrigerator after looking for a smaller, spare fridge for the garage. We decided to go big since this was on sale. We're super happy we did because this fridge has all the room we've been looking for. It cools super fast and the freezer has more than enough room. The middle drawer is perfect for drinks (especially beer) and unless you love ice in your drink, it is absolutely unnecessary. The water and ice dispenser work great and we always have ice on the ready. My wife and I highly recommend this fridge (when on sale unless you can afford otherwise).

Awesome refrigerator. Love the door in door and the middle cold drawer. Freezer is more than adequate in size and accessible . Black stainless is beautiful. My criticisms. 1. I am very disappointed in the lack of flexibility in shelf arrangement adjustment. 2. The adjustabl divider bars in the cooler drawer are a good idea but it cannot be LockeD into position. At least I haven't found a way to do it. Very happy with it. Alert. When it comes to shelf adjustment pay close attention to height and accessibility.

I love this fridge! There is so much space and I can't get enough of the cooling draw and the showcase door is just pure genius.

Good fridge, follow instructions no leaks. Does need more space for bottles such as orange juice, milk, coffee creamer etc etc. Overall not noisy. Looks great in our kitchen have received many compliments.

The refrigerator is awesome. I love it. I had to make some shelving adjustments, but after the initial set up its perfect.

It is VERY spacious and cools evenly. We no longer have groceries falling on us every time we open the door! (Our previous fridge was pretty small.) Water from the dispenser is perfectly is cool and ice dispenses well. It is so far impossible to remove the very bottom shelf to clean it where it has liquid trapped, but everything else has been easy to move and put back in. Got it on sale and have had it hooked up for a couple of weeks. So far so great! Chose 4 stars because it is still so new.

This black stainless steel Samsung fridge is a very beautiful and spacious appliance. I would recommend it to anyone with a big household.

We love the space in our new frig. It has a great layout. Ice maker and water filter do not take up a lot of space. We love the easy access door in the door. Great for taking out half and half in the morning. We give it a four instead of a five because when you are loading the freezer or the extra drawer it doesn't stay open. I have to use one hand to keep the drawer open; not very efficient. Also, the motor is a little louder than our old frig. Not a deal breaker though.

This is a very good fridge. Cools items quickly, looks sharp and has plenty of features and storage space. It's also quiet.

Bought this product a little over a month ago. So far it has been great. Keeps produce much better than my previous whirlpool. Love the drawer for drinks and quick access to things I get often like milk and eggs in the door.
