I love these appliances! They are spacious, stylish, and efficient. The fridge has so much room and is extremely well lit. The dishwasher cleans beautifully and is almost silent. The stovetop is nicely spaced out. Oven is very big and heats at a nice pace. The microwave is amazing! The buttons at the bottom is so wonderful to have, it's very open, practically silent when wanted like the dishwasher which is always a plus. 10/10, These would be perfect for any home and any family!

I would give it a higher rating, but I've only had it 2 weeks. So far it's great! I'm loving the middle drawer--much better than the smaller one in the 3 door fridge which we had. The stainless steel inside the drawer keeps things just right in temperature! Also the right-side door opens for easy access and it's also stainless steel lined, so milk and other things in the door are staying extra cool! I really like the look!

This refrigerator is roomy and well lit. I especially like the right hand dual door that allows you to store milk, juice, sport drinks etc and reach them without opening the entire refrigerator.

This frig. is complete and a great upgrade for us, it’s ice maker has two settings which my kids like very much. Flex Zone is great . And it’s quiet, we barely know it’s running. Great product.

All in all this is a pretty good refrigerator... however, the ice maker freezes up and it's only two years old. It has been a total nightmare dealing with the repair company (Whittman appliance) that the Geek squad sent out. Do your research before you purchase. I will never again.

This was a great purchase for my household. It maintains temperature very well. I was unsure if I would like the door in door feature, but I love it. I can put things in the door that I want to reach quickly.

Only reason not 5 stars is because of the ice machine. This is the second Samsung fridge we have purchased and BOTH have the same issues. The ice machine freezes and will not dispense ice or water. Luckily we have the warranty and Total Tech Support because this is an ongoing problem with Samsung refrigerators.

So far, the fridge is doing great! No technical errors. Big spacious areas for my food. Our old fridge have an area for ice cream, there isn't one in the freezer but its not a big deal. There's just no dedicated ice area for my ice cream stash haha. Water taste clean and good. We don't use our ice dispenser too often, so it has not bothered us yet (b/c I have read most of the neg reviews have been in regard to the ice dispenser)

Two years running strong. Only issue is the ice makers crushed ice feature started to not work. Bought the extended warranty thankfully. BB got it replaced quickly. It's a known issue with most Samsungs. The drawer feature is amazing for soda or wine. Freezer holds lots of things. The half door is very convenient for quick items like coffee creamer or sauces.

I love this fridge. It has plenty of storage space. I love the door within the door for easy access to the things stored there. I love having the deli/meat drawer. The only thing I do not like is that you cannot remove the bottom shelf without a LOT of trouble! This makes it really a pain to keep clean! But otherwise it is a great fridge.

Black Stainless Steel looks awesome. Showcase door is very useful. Very spacious with lots of freezer space.

The door in door is perfect for the items used frequently. Easy access and always know where to find them. I love the drink drawer...keeps drinks at a perfect temperature with easy access

Beautiful refrigerator. Love the LED lighting and all the options. This has added so much space and versatility to my kitchen. We will be redesigning the kitchen around this refrigerator.

I couldn't be happier with this refrigerator. The beverage center is a bonus in that you can just grab your drink and go and not have to waste energy searching for your drinks! Love it!.

We love our new fridge...it is so big and has a lot of storage for all our food and condiments. The ice maker is fabulous it really makes a lot of ice. We love the half door that opens and we cN get milk and other things easy with out open entire door. Freezer is super big. It would be nice to have more tray space. Love the middle draw we are using it for deli products, but it can also become extra freezer space.

I purchased this Samsung fridge because of the style and versatility of the unit. I have not been disappointed so far. The fridge is very stylish. It came out of the box with no blemishes. It looks great in my kitchen. I liked the concept of the flex drawer and it has proven to be really valuable. I'm using 3 of the 4 sections for beverages and I'm able to get a case and a half of your standard 12 oz can or bottles in the drawer, while still leaving on quadrant for snack meats and cheeses. The main refrigerator compartment is very spacious and well lit. The flex door works very reliably, though it does seem to float back towards the close position if not held open. This is only an issue if the pullout for the gallon containers is out. No butter compartment, which is weird, but manageable. The produce drawers glide effortlessly. No problems at all with the ice maker or water dispenser. Last thing, the delivery crew were absolute pros. They called ahead when they could arrive early and prepped the fridge with a scrap of litter or unremoved tape left behind.

Love this refrigerator. So much room and easy to use functions. The black stainless is nice. Easy to install.

When I first saw this refrigerator I really liked the easy access door to get milk and such. The middle drawer was very practical as a separate setting for other items. After a year of using this refrigerator the Ice Make freezes the water before it makes it to the tray so not ice is produced and when I can get it working little ice is produced. The doors are not very practical for condiments.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. My only issue is I wish there was more door space. Some of those slots are useless especially the one under ice dispenser
