For a family with kids a strong sturdy fridge was needed and this Samsung does a great job. The French doors and food showcase is great for preventing constant opening and closing and temperature fluctuations. The flex drawer is great for holding drinks and even fits a pizza box if you need it to. The filter lasts 6 months even with heavy use.

Really like the quick access door. Drawer saved us at thanksgiving. Great option cause you can change the temp to hold a variety of dishes or groceries, platters, cakes. Great.

Man it was a tough choice between the makers however when I opened the door to this black stainless steel and saw the design, the decision was made. Samsung has stepped it up and on top of that offered more of a deal to get the full package/set (cooktop, dishwasher, etc.). I’m happy with this product... the only thing that I didn’t like was the water and ice dispenser because it really slow compared to LG.

Huge on the inside. Amazing how many items I can put in here and now actually be able to see them. Nothing gets buried behind. Love the drawer for the cheeses and meats also.

Spacious and very efficient in keeping diverse groups of food fresh and safe. Great to have a water filter, and the water dispenser, would have added the ice dispenser but haven't had too much luck with that function lately (maybe operator error?). still its 5/5 for me. Overall great purchase and more than satisfied with the performance so far (4 years)

We are happy with this fridge. The flexibility of the drawer with adjustable temperatures is great--we mostly use it for cold drinks. The right side double door is pretty cool--easy access for frequently used items. And the freezer has PLENTY of space. Important, because I can fill up a freezer pretty quickly. If I had a complaint, it would be the door space taken up by the ice maker, but we have worked around it. Great fridge!

Plenty of room in this fridge for our family. The door shelf is great for easy grab and my kids love the 2nd fridge drawer, we keep all their snacks in there so it is easy to access for them. Freezer is a good size too! Only downside is it’s difficult to clean the shelves and glass if you need to remove them—had to watch video tutorials to figure it out.

We previously had a "Wide-by-Side" (a side-by-side with a bigger top refrigerator and wider bottom freezer area) that was difficult to find items in. This refrigerator is much more convenient to find items in. it is also easier to initially fit them in as well. My only complaint is with the ice maker. It worked for a month and now has stopped so I will have to get it looked at.

Has all the bells and whistles that function well. Has large storage areas. The ability to control temperatures for various items is handy.

Replaced a 12 year old Maytag. Great use of interior shelf space, easy cleaning and adjustable shelves. Showcase door was a selling point for us, all beverages excessable without opening refrigerator. Very quiet while making ice, love having two separate baskets for frozen items. Has a separate drawer for deli meats, cheese, etc with adjustable temperature setting. Would highly recommend for anyone needing flexibility.

Particularly like the bright lights inside the refrigerator. Does the job very well of keeping food fresh and chilled per our setup for each compartment. Particularly like the right door for quick access to often used items I put in the door as well as how it keeps the infiltration of room temperature air to a minimum to save on cooling costs. The black stainless steel front panels are easy to keep free of finger prints, etc.

You can hear hissing sound inside the unit some time. I guess part of the operation. Ice maker failed to work in 2.5 yrs, had to spend hours to troubleshoot on defrosting. Should have included the short-cut key combination in the manual. Had to buy this as an earlier one failed in refrigeration.

The fridge looks great, it is very quiet, and keeps things cold. I like how it shows you the actual temperature inside on the door. Only small concern was when we had a power outage. The power was off for about 2 hours and the fridge was never opened. When the power came back on, the temperatures were surprisingly high. I guess I thought it would stay colder longer. It does have the power cool feature that got the temps back down quickly.

Chose this model for our new house. So glad we did. It's not only beautiful, it's extremely functional with lots of room! Only complaint is that the compressor is sometimes a little louder than I'd like (ticking sound). It's only an issue because we have a big open floor plan with wood floors and the sound carries to the family room sitting area. May not be an issue in other setups.

Large refrigerator with different compartments for different temperatures. Mid drawer great for drinks or meats. Double door allows you to gain access to milk quickly.

We love this refrigerator. The door-in-door option is a great place to store items we frequently use and was really easy to get used to. I love the Flexzone drawer for keeping healthy snacks for the kiddos. It is so easily accessible and easy to keep organized. The water/ice options are easy to use and it is high and deep enough to refill plastic water bottles and easily fill the sports water jugs. I also love the look.

This really is a great refrigerator. It is actually a replacement for the same Samsung we previously owned. That one appeared to have cooling issues that could not be fixed. Because of the Best Buy protection plan, it was replaced with this newer model. I could have chosen a different brand, but I really like the Samsung features. Although this one is a tad smaller inside than the first one (a change I wish did not have to be made), I still love this model. The easy-access door is great, as is the middle drawer. They changed the ice and water dispenser to separate buttons instead of layered "levers". This is much more user friendly. It still has the shelf that pushes back so taller items will fit, but it now has two sections instead of three, making the shelf a bit more stable. One thing I do not like is the smaller racks on the inside of the dispensing door. At least one is virtually useless. Even with that, I would still choose this fridge again. I like a few bells and whistles, but I simply have zero desire for some of the hi tech choices they are loading into refrigerators these days. I have a couple of home computers and tv's, so I don't need that in my fridge. And, I'd feel really stupid knocking on my fridge door to see who is home. One last thing ... a shameless plug for the Best Buy protection plan. I wouldn't even consider purchasing a large appliance (or even a small one) without it. It is worth every dime, and Best Buy will back it up. I have a brand new fridge in my kitchen to prove it.
