We love having the drawer for the kid's snacks. They can open it quickly and don't have to stand with the doors open letting the cold out.

After getting sick and tired of my Frigidaire Gallery fridge freezing the evaporator fan, I chose to try the Samsung French door model. It's a very high quality unit, with the water dispenser inside, which is new to me. But it keeps the outside very clean. It seems to take longer to make ice than the Frigidaire, but I'm happy so far!

Best refrigerator I've ever had. The set up of this is such that I feel like I need to go get more food to put into it as it is so much room. We love the extra drawer in the middle. We love the convenience of the exterior door to get into without opening the refrigerator. The Bottom freezer is the only way to go. Lots of room there also

We purchased this Samsung refrigerator after consulting with the Best Buy appliance experts on what we were looking for in a suite of products. It has the needed ice/water, and French door w/door in door, a flex drawer, and freezer bottom. SS finish still shows some smudges but is far better than our older GE SS fridge.

My fiance and I recently purchased our forever home and the fridge that came with the house had some issues. We decided to look for an upgraded model and came across this black stainless steel 5 door fridge at Best Buy in Gresham. We had already measured our current fridge space and once we read the reviews we knew this fridge was perfect!

This fridge gives a nice WOW factor to your home in addition to adding function. I use the middle drawer quite frequently by stashing it with snacks and drinks. Instead of digging through the fridge to grab a soda, I can quickly pull out the middle drawer and have access to everything I frequently use. I highly recommend the fridge.

Keeps the food at ideal temps, and easy to fit tall and short items into the main section. The flex drawer is great for healthier snacks. Kids can help themselves and see the choices quickly. The extra door for easy access helps keeps things cold. The ice maker makes ice quickly, but it is small.

I am glad I made the choice to purchase this Samsung Refrigerator, it was at a great price! Best Buy has the best deals

Happy with our purchase of our Samsung refrigerator. The delivery guys did an excellent job bringing it in and setting it up for us. There was a flaw on the front door and they pointed it out and happily replaced it. Was not happy with the purchase at the store, Best Buy would not match lower price or in return wouldn't give me points.

This is a great fridge. I love the side drink door since my kids are constantly in and out of the fridge for drinks. Keeps the rest of the items cool without wasting a lot of energy. Sleek look and very easy to clean. The freezer is a little smaller than my last fridge but still fits a lot of items. The only cons to this item is that these are made overseas and therefore the storage on the doors are meant for their smaller bottles and drinks. I have a lot of wasted space in the door shelves because of this. Another con was that shortly after we purchased there was "memo" that went out for something to do with the cooling. I have noticed the freezer sometimes puts a frost on all the food but then the next day it's regulated and fixed. Called Geeksquad and they already knew about the issue and are coming out to fix it.

We needed a new fridge so decided to go all out with the choice of this Samsung. The mini-drawer and the Food Showcase are really nice to have. The freezer is surprisingly spacious. Although some people have complained about the icemaker, I have not found any problems. True, there's a slight lag because the insulating trapdoor has to open, but it's only a few seconds. There are however, some negatives. Having the icemaker in the fridge section does reduce storage space. In particular, there is limited space for tall items like milk cartons or juice bottles. The icemaker also limits shelf storage on the left door. The fridge is so deep that it's easy to forget or see stuff in the very back. Same thing with the freezer. But a lot of these drawbacks are the same for all French door fridges with the same features as the Samsung. So what it really comes down to is what you are looking for in a fridge.

Bought this last Black Friday and it’s good as what they say. Very classy looking and functional.

The black stainless is awesome and fits very well with all my other stainless appliances. Having always had side by side refrigerator/freezer I never knew how much I would enjoy the four separate doors. The only reason I did not rate it 5-Star is limited door storage space.

Very nice Hoping it last longer than the junk LG we had before it only lasted less than 3 years.

I love this refrigerator. I love having an ice maker and water maker built in. The front door option to only open a little is a great feature. The freezer and hold a lot with the additional drawer on the bottom. Worth every penny and it’s easy to clean with the stainless steel cleaner.

Love this refrigerator however the ice/water mechanism severely limits useable space in left door
