I've owned this for a couple years now and I love it. It's absolutely beautiful. Love the looks of it. It cools very well. Love the metal cooling. My only criticism is my ice make keeps freezing up. That's it. Everything else is perfect.

Looks great. The light up water/ice dispenser is very nice. Wish there was more shelf space in the left side door.

Spacious that we can reach it all. Not spacious enough to make enough ICE! Family of 4 and it can’t keep up. Going back to Whirlpool next time. Which I can return it and swap.

Having had side-by-side refrigerators the past 12 years, this took a few weeks to adjust. The freezer holds more than I thought it would. I bought this particular refrigerator because of the middle drawer. Meats and cheeses are out of the way, but I can also use it as a freezer if/when needed.

Great product and great service from Best Buy. We would definately recommend this Samsung to friends and family.

Love the right hand door which can open to just the immediate things you want, and love the middle drawer which has flexible temp settings. We use both all the time and they work great. It's huge and roomy and well designed. No problems. Great fridge

Just moved to house and I like this Refrigerator especially flexible drawer and door option to open partial way.

so far we really enjoy the Samsung fridge. Everybody that sees it we get compliments keeps things cold plenty of room for everything. It's nice having the out door open to get milk or juice without having to open the whole door. with the stainless steel inserts helps with keeping things at the right temperature.

We replaced our previous Samsung Fridge with this one. Not because we needed to, but we put the other one in a rental because it was in such good shape. We fell in love with the color of this one. We especially liked that the side panels are black. The side panels of other stainless models were not pleasing to look at. My favorite feature of this fridge is that I am able to fit tall water bottles under the water dispenser. I also love the temperature controlled middle drawer, which can be chilled to 29 degrees for super cold beer and drinks. The fridge was delivered with a small dent in the freezer door, which I did not notice until my wife saw it. She wanted me to call Best buy and have them deliver another one. I had reservations, because the dent wasn't really that big, but she insisted. Best Buy replaced it no questions asked. The team who came to deliver (both times) were great. They were not just big burly delivery people, they were also very knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of our questions. Will be buying from best buy again very soon!

Love this refrigerator! Lots of storage space and origanizers and the door in door is really handy. Great buy!

Love everything about this fridge! The control, how cool it stays, the handles, the extra door on the fridge.

I loveee having the flex drawer and the half open door. I will say that the shelves are not as tall as most French door due to the flex drawer. The drawers pull out very nice and smooth! The freezer has a little hidden compartment on the inside of drawer wall with a small shelf that i really love!

Easy to see everything in fridge. Live the chilling drawer to keep bottled water just the right temperature.

Upgraded from our previous Samsung that didn't have the lower drawer and absolutely love the extra space, the door-in-door feature is excellent with two kids always in the fridge. Only complaint is that with our humidity in the area it seems to sweat a lot between the doors.

We have had Samsung products in the past. Best Buy has a very good repair department. Would only shop there.

Great Refrigerator. Still in the box. Delivery was yesterday. Kitchen is being remodeled and not finished.

This refrigerator looks good in my kitchen. You will get lots of compliments. It works well for my family!

This fridge is very spacious and it’s easy to clean. This appliance is very quiet and it maintains food at its appropriate temperature we set it to. The right door on the fridge comes very handy just to get some milk or juice out. Looks awesome in the kitchen and it’s a nice buy.

We like the fridge, the middle drawer, and the reach thru door. The stated width was not accurate - the fridge started to go into our opening and got hung up. All we can think of is that the sides must bulge out some. We had room to make our opening wider but it was messy and a hassle!
