Love love love all the features in this fridge. My grandson appreciates the drawer - perfect for his drinks and juice boxes. He's endlessly fascinated with the door in a door feature. One thing to consider: There isn't a lot of room in the fridge for tall items. The lower shelf in the fridge will slide under to create a space, but be mindful of that if you have a lot of "tall" refrigerated items. The freezer space is a huge improvement from what I had. The slide out drawer is nice - I'm not on the floor digging to the back anymore. I just found the little shelf that's attached to the freezer drawer - great for small items. Because of some other online reviews I did purchase the 5 year warranty from Best Buy.

I purchased this because the ice maker in my 18 year old refrigerator quit working. Well, this one quit working after about three months. It was repaired and failed again about three months after that. This time it was replaced but It failed again just after the warranty expired. Samsung didn't offer to cover it under warranty but we convinced them to. That one lasted about two months and now Samsung is telling us the same old "out of warranty" story. This has been fine aside from the ice maker problems.

Think of what you store now in your fridge and assure you will have room in this one. For instance it was hard to store 3 gallons of milk (a have kids). Yes you can move the shelves up and down, in doing so you realize, or at least i did, that i have little room for the rest of my items. Also i don't like how the door on the left gives little room to store anything. really you can use the top shelve on that door. The rest or small i can fit a soy sauce and well thats about it on th other two shelves on the bottom of that door. I like it overall its still good. keeps things really nice and cold. My fridge is packed and unlike other reviews NON of my food has gone bad NONE. The middle feature of the of the fridge love to store meats . I think its still a great buy over others.

I like the refrigerator, but to me it doesn't seem to a lot of room.

Not only is it beautiful in my kitchen it performs awesome.

There are several features about this refrigerator that I absolutely love: (1) the twin cooler fans, (2) the door within the door with its metal instead of plastic insulating plate, and (3) the 3rd drawer with the adjustable divider bars.

Great Oven allowing for two things to cook at once. Plus allows for large total oven when needed.

This refrigerator is so spacious and well-lit. I can see and find everything. The flex drawer is amazing and makes it easy to organize all the items I need for specific recipes while keeping them out of consumption range of teenagers who feed like locust.

This is truly a great fridge. The finish looks very nice and cleans very easily. More space than I imagined. We love the ice and water dispenser, very easy to get large bottles filled with no mess. We have had the fridge for about a month now and have zero complaints about it.

This refrigerator is an excellent purchase and works well. It's quiet during operation, and the black stainless finish looks amazing. Love the positioning of the handles, the button to open the door in door feature is positioned very well. In general, an excellent fridge for family use, including kids and parents/grandparents. Some of the downsides - the water and ice dispenser takes up too much space in the fridge door. There's barely any space to put any condiments, packets or bottles in that door. The middle flex drawer is nice to have, however, keep in mind, that comes at a cost. Unless you remove one shelf, or put up the top shelf (configurable), the standard spacing doesn't allow for normal sized containers to be put in. Eg. orange juice cartons, gallon milk jugs, etc. Really put some thought into how you would use the fridge before purchase. Overall though, cant go wrong with this model.

The overall size of the refrigerator and freezer is big. That being said, there really isn't much room for big items. The door space is VERY limited for larger condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, parmesan cheese). Also, there is very limited height between the shelves, so if you like to have a lot of juices, pitchers or other tall items in your fridge, it's a real struggle. The freezer drawer is very large and easy to use. There is a shelf to separate items from the bottom of the freezer, plus a mini shelf right on the door for tiny items (ice packs, snacks).

The drawer that can be flexed as refrigerator or freezer is very convenient. Also the main refrigerator door that can be opened to shelves in the door or to the refrigerator is a great convenience and energy saver.

This is an awesome refrigerator! Extremely adjustable, very efficient, and quite flexible. I love the bottom freezer drawer and the flexible drawer in the middle. We have already used the flex drawer for lots of things and I know we will find other used going forward.

This Refrigerator has everything that my wife and I were looking for. The middle drawer was a plus for us since we have this next to a wall and was not sure if we would be able to open the drawer if we could not fully extend the door.

I love this fridge. The drawer is perfect for cans and keeps them near freezing.

We've always had a door-in-door and love the convenience of this feature. The rest of the fridge is HUGE, bright and its easy to organize the food in here. I didn't know magnets wouldn't work on this stainless steel, since magnets do work on my stainless steel dishwasher.

Very well built and love the 3rd drawer. Also best price in town
