Beautiful fridge only had it for a week but so far so good I'm thinking about replacing my stove and dishwasher to match my fridge definitely adds a touch of class to our kitchen

The fridge is working good so far. I'm liking the 4 door setup. The shelf arrangements are versatile. The only thing I don't like is the ice storage tub is way too small.

The black stainless steel is breathtaking. The design and look is sleek. The finish stands out from the traditional stainless steel. The only con is shelf size. You can only store tall items on the door.

This is my wife's dream refrigerator. She's tickled pink. And, for me, the door in a door, which I feared might be a useless add-on, is my favorite feature. We're very, very pleased.

So glad I went with this model, love the chrom accents and big water dispenser, able to fill my big water bottles. The middle drawer is great my kids drinks and love the showcase door.

Fridge is awesome! Flex drawer is perfect for canned drinks. Freezer bottom is perfectly sized for two drawers. So much storage in the top as well. Couldn’t ask for more.

This refrigerator replaced a builder provided refrigerator. This Samsung is everything we wanted in a refrigerator--spacious, energy efficient, stylish and best of all it's a Samsung.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Wide opening doors allow me to access even the very back of the unit in all three compartments. Wished the flex zone would really freeze stuff when set at freezing temperatures, as an extension of the freezer; or as an extension of the upper compartment when set at above freezing temperatures. Otherwise it is doing what it is supposed to do, keep things cold/frozen as needed. This unit replaced a 20+ year-old GE refrigerator which served us well; and I am hoping this unit would last at least half that time. Only time will tell.

4 doors, plenty of space and it looks very elegant

I love this refrigerator. It is the best refrigerator with the best features that I have ever owned. I don't know how I went without this refrigerator with that middle drawer with adjustable temps.

My wife and I already wanted a Samsung refrigerator, but the black stainless made it a done deal. My only complaint is the ice maker is inconsistent on crushing ice. No issues other than that.

Shopped online and all our local stores prior to purchase. Best had the best price overall and They are local ( big bonus). They had an open box unit at our local store and I saved about $1000 . I was able to replace the scratched drawer for less than $200. Unit was delivered on schedule And delivery team were professional and by the book ( in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Work spec was clean, they retrieved all debris. The unit is better than expected. A huge modern improvement over our old unit. The In store team were incredibly helpful . They made sure I was aware of the features of the refrigerator and of the savings and reward bonus points I would receive ( another $200 savings. ... Cha Ching!)

This fridge has lots of space, is built well and is very clean looking. Only wish is that the interior shelving is more adjustable but still works well overall.

The black stainless is very nice looking, the space inside is great and allows for better organizing then our previous side by side refrigerator. Best Buy purchase & delivery experience was very good.

With a household of six kids this refrigerator works great. It seems to have plenty a room for all that we have and plus I like the fact that the stainless steel front is able to hang kid pictures!!

The ice maker stopped working. It completely froze over. After several attempts to fix the problem, we finally unplugged it and are using a separate ice maker. I gave two stars because the refrigerator is not a bad appliance. The doors work well, it keeps food cold, and the thru-the-door design is great. Samsung needs to improve the ice maker.

I love my new refrigerator. I have plenty of room for everything I need. The outer door is perfect for grabbing morning creamer or eggs and my family loves the middle flex door.

It has plenty of space. I love the ice maker on the door and on the lower freezer. It has various settings that makes it capable to adjust the temperature to what you need

Right now i am not a happy customer my new refrigerator i have had it now for about two weeks and i still have not had my door on it fixed it has a den and long scratch and was told that i would get new door.
