We love the refrigerator. It looks great, works great, has plenty of room for everything and no fingerprints/smudges on exterior. This is one of the better refrigerators we have purchase.

This is an excellent refrigerator. The door in door feature is something that we didn't know if we'd really use, but actually is quite nice. Also the flex door is a nice feature - currently using for bottled drinks and cheese items. Ice output is not as much as we have had in the past, but many new refrigerators are now that way. Lighting and shelving is pretty nice inside. Shelving on door where ice dispenser is located is smaller than previous units. Quiet unit. We were choosing between this and comparable LG, and selected this one as we thought it looked a bit nicer inside and better constructed inside. Would definitely recommend.

Great addition to our kitchen. Great design and love the pull out drawer. Excellent interior lighting and digital display. Very quite and a top performer. Best Buy had the lowest price.

The black stainless steel is attractive and does not show the finger prints like our other stainless items. The design on the inside allows for more storage that is more accessible.

bought this for name and door feature, opens to beverage storage without opening full door . Ending up loving all the features,LED lighting is great, black stainless resists fingerprints

Such a great refrigerator. Very roomy. Love the additional door that opens to your frequently accessed items. Very convenient adjustable shelves. Absolutely happy with this purchase.

I have this Samsung refrigerator for two weeks now so far so good. Got more drawers to put extra stuff on it. Has stainless steel inside to keep cold temperature.

I love the extra door to be able to get daily items without opening the fridge door. All the extra space is nice, plenty of space for all items and to keep it organized.

We love our new fridge. There is so much room to store everything we need and the bright lights inside make it easy to see everything we have. Lots of storage!

I really love this fridge. There is lots of room and I love the showcase door and the "wine" drawer. The only thing I wish it had was a third drawer for meat /cheese inside the fridge.

This is the best fridge on the market the black stainless is awesome and it has a yon of room highly highly recommend it

It was a great refrigerator except the ice maker would sometimes get stuck or dispense slowly.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator! Everyone comments on how cool the middle drawer is. We use it for all our cold beverages. Overall we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

I've had this model for almost two years now. Shortly after buying it, I noticed that the ice maker would occasionally freeze up and ice would be stuck. This caused it to stop making ice and ice would build up toward the back of the ice maker. At first I thought it was a problem with people leaving open the door, but eventually I got so frustrated at having to clean it out every 2-3 weeks that I looked it up online. This is a continuing problem in this and other Samsung models, and they have done next to nothing to fix it. I bought this model because of its amazing features, and now I have to spend about 30-45 minutes every 2-3 weeks trying to fix the stupid ice maker. A $3,000 fridge should not require constant efforts to fix it. I recently learned there is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this problem, so if you have a similar issue, look it up and join in.

Our new Samsung refrigerator delights the entire family. The outer door on the right side makes accessing beverages and other staples quick and easy. The top drawer has four adjustable temperature settings and is great for parties because you can store prepared platters easily. The lighting inside makes it very easy to spot what's on the shelves for less searching. It isn't too gadgety, which is how we wanted it. The only downsides which we happily live with are that the fridge doors don't self-close like our old fridge. Also when they say 36" wide it doesn't fit in a 36" cabinet opening. We had to re-set two cabinets to make this fit.

Note that the black stainless steel will come off and be regular stainless steel colored if you have it rubbing against a wall/other surface. I love the party drawer, however I have mostly used it as a deli drawer so far. I don't use the extra half door open very often - but it is a cool feature. I feel that they could've done something a little different with the design of the shelves in the door around ice maker - as there isn't much you can fit on half the shelves.

This is an absolutely beautiful refrigerator! Plenty of storage space. The LED lights are a perfect touch. We are very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The new appliances in our home look fantastic. I love the black stainless look. Refrigerator gives you exact temperature and I love the third drawer for specific dishes.
