This is a great fridge. There tons of room and the middle drawer is great, we use it more then we thought we would. The ice maker is great it's able to keep up with my family.

This fridge was everything I thought it would be. It surpassed our expectations. Nice and quiest. Although it is stainless steel, there is never finger prints on it.

The black stainless is beautiful. We're very happy with the large interior space. It easily holds platters and large containers.

We love this refrigerator! It is our third one with Samsung. The middle drawer is great for beverages.

This samsung fridge is made very well. We’ve been using for a year now, and the French doors the thru the door access are great for every day use. The only problem we had was with the ice-maker. A frequently known problem. The ice melts and then re-freezes causing the ice maker to seize up and then it becomes impossible to remove the tray. So now we’ve deactivated the ice maker and no longer use it. But fridge is great for everything else.

We love the new "black stainless" finish on this fridge! Big improvement on stainless!. Double door function, middle drawer and shelves in the freezer compartment are great.

Previous fridge was a Kenmore and its had been working great for the past 10 years but i really like my new Samsung hopefully it outlast my Kenmore

At first we loved this appliance! The trays, various doors, cooling options, great lights, seemingly fingerprint-proof stainless steel, all great. But the ice maker is horrible. It clogs itself, then the blob of ice freezes solid and needs to be chipped away. This happens at least once a week. I can't figure it out. Is making ice so difficult that a technology company like Samsung can't get it right??

Waiting for more parts and another Geek Squad visit. The ice maker keeps freezing up. It has been completely replaced twice and waiting for yet another part. I have learned there is a class action law suit against Samsung and one other company for ice makers freezing up and not working. I purchased my Samsung in June 2018. The freezer did not work about a month later, and I lost all of the food in it. I thought someone left the freezer drawer open but have learned this is also related to the ice maker freezing up and the fan not working in the freezer. My freezer started freezing a few days later so I cancelled that Geek Squad appontment(it always takes a week or more to get an appointment even when your food is melting). I can get crushed only ice this week but along with it comes a lot of dripping water. So I wait yet again for parts and hope the freezer does not stop working again.

It's a very nice and spacious refrigerator. The only reason why I didn't give it the 5 stars is because it has a small ice container.

I hate black stainless steel, just getting that out of the way. It scratches and chips and looks bad. However the refrigerator itself is great! I have only had old used refrigerators, not only does my food keep so much longer but I'm saving on my power bill! The drawer is so nice to keep drinks and snacks in. Wish the freezer had the ice maker but it's not a big deal. The space is great and the door comes in handy more than I thought it would.

Love the refrigerator, but hate the icemaker. Ice comes out crushed even when selected cubes. Also, icemaker recently quit working and found it to be totally frozen over. After doing some research online, found out Samsung has a class action lawsuit against them for their icemakers. If it had a better icemaker, we would have given it 5 stars.

This refrigerator has features that my wife loves. From the showcase door to the pullout drawer with adjustable dividers, she can't stop raving about it.

This refrigerator is very roomy, extremely quiet and allows you to easily organize your food. I've only had it for a few weeks but have been very happy thus far.

Multiple options for arranging shelf space. Center drawer allows my 5-year old to get his snacks and drinks without prowling through the rest of the fridge. Excellent!

Love the new black chrome color. All the extras on it like the cooling drawer, french doors,how you can chang the shelves by flipping them up or sliding them back.

I like the frig very much. Love the showcase door. Only issue which not a big issue is the Freezer is small and there is not a place for eggs.

I love the spaciousness of this refrigerator. The drawer is great! I thought the tiny shelves on the left door would be useless....but they are fine. Good purchase.

This is a beautiful refrig. Tons of room and we love the drawer for my husband in a wheelchair. Wish the ice maker made more ice. Not fast enough for a large family!
