I will give this ref a 4.5. Great style and works perfectly. There was only 1 thing I didnt like about. The ice maker takes a lot of space.

Its a bit noisy when it comes to the ice maker. Water is faster then old one but ice is slow. Cant access the ice maker.

Our last fridge was a Samsung so wanted to keep with same brand. The stainless steel black looks great. Keeps smudges to a minimum the cooler door is great.

We bought this product as an open box item from the store in town. It had a few dings and scratches but the product was heavily discounted and had all the features we were looking for. We have had no issue with it at this point and are very happy with the roominess of the fridge and freezer area as well as the flexibility of the Flex Zone drawer. We did sign up for the Best Buy Geek Squad protection service just in case there were any issues that we needed to quickly resolve but we have had the fridge for 3 months and have not had a need to call them yet.

Love the design and the French double doors. Also love the extra door. The double drawers offer a lot of room. My personal recommendation.

I love how spacious it is. I had a counterdebth fridge prior and there is a huge difference. I also love the center draw for cold cuts and meats!!!

So much room and so easy to see inside. had to do a little remodel to fit it in the correct way...our fault for not getting the right measurement. love it.

Love my new refrigerator, only thing is the lice machine freezes over and I have to defrost it so it makes ice.

I like the look and storage capacity of this fridge along with the drawer b/n the fridge and freezer that I can customize to my needs. What keeps me from giving this 4 or 5 stars is the ice maker. What a joke! It runs out of ice all the time, and it’s just two of us using it! I have to buy bags of ice to compensate. Not at all what I wanted in an ice dispensing appliance. Very disappointing.

I love this fridge. The Glassdoor on the front odds a really nice touch. The only downside that I has seen is that it makes ice kind of slow.

I love this refrigerator! The french door design looks wonderful and I love how you can change the temperature to your needs

The space, the cooling, the layout is great, the only thing I would say is it does make a lot of noise it seems.

Very spacious. Like the magnetic feature for attaching pictures and other things. Good lighting. Like the flip and slide back shelves for larger items.

I love the flex drawer on this refrigerator with preset temperatures settings. The lighting inside is brighter than most refrigerators I looked at as well

We absolutely love this refrigerator! First Samsung refrigerator we have owned and can't be more happier with the results so far. keeps items cold in the fridge and frozen perfect in the freezer! It's so quite we have to open the doors or drawers to make sure it's still working! Our sales person MJ at the Chesterfield, MO location was awesome and very helpful and knowledgable. Third party delivery service was not good at all and we experienced some horrible issues.

Has most of the bells and whistles of more expensive models. Very nice look in the dark stainless. The door in door feature is awesome!

We absolutely love our new refrigerator! It has tons of space and has been such a change from our previous one. The black stainless steel is such a great look!

I am a fan of Samsung and this black stainless is just an added perk to the brand. The fridge is beautiful and very functional. I love everything about it.

The fridge itself is large, plenty of space inside. The look is very elegant. My husband loves the food cast door and the flex zone drawer is perfect for my kids snacks. The only thing about this fridge is that there isn’t enough room on the fridge door (left), where ice machine is, for condiments, sauces, etc. Had to improvise and put an extra drawer inside. No issues yet with ice machine, good idea to add warranty plan though. Can renew prior to expiring.

I had my doubts about not getting a standard side by side refrigerator. So far I'm very please with this model. I really like the door within a door.
