Good product, but inconvenient shelf placement

The only downside is that the space is constrained a bit by the shelf placement. Shelves around Ice Dispenser are very limited, and on the other side, not convenient for tall products.

Came home from out of town to everything defrosted and water all over floor from ice melting. Trying to get it replaced but they are on back order. I purchased this top of the line refrigerator due to incentives through getting a best buy credit card and now that it needs to be replaced they will not swap me with like, kind and quality because of the incentives I received from opening an account. That was the only reason I opened the account. They will only swap me for a lesser model or I pay the difference. Not very impressed at the moment.

Good quality and nice features. Only complaint is the bottom shelf in the fridge - you cannot remove the glass to clean under it. We spilled some juice and it got in the seams at the edge but can get under to clean it.
