The ice maker does not spit ice onto the floor and its trapdoor closes reliably so ice cubes do not fall out later. Unlike my old side-by-side, which was overcrowded, I can find my frozen food and food does not fall out of the freezer when I open the it.

Sounds like the design engineer(s) maybe overlooked placing A CUT OFF with easy access on the front of the fridge or design it where the water does not need to be cut off in order to change the filter. Very poor design

The ice maker every couple months stops making ice and at about the same time the water despiser will start leaking water. Would not buy a Samsung alliance again.

The third door works well except you have to make sure you give it a push to shut it. Icemaker minimally noisy but nothing annoying. Design and finish refined. Deli drawer is my favorite. Flexibility of its use is the best.

I had no idea how much I would like having that drawer to do multiple chill settings. The only con I have is the noise the ice makes as it falls is pretty loud. It can be heard from 2 rooms away.

We would have preferred an ice maker in the door but return d two LG' s due to frosting problems on seal. Upside of internal ice maker is that the door is not heavy. W have been enjoying the deli drawer and the quick access door most of all!

My 2 bottom doors were without handles for about 2 weeks. Plus the expense of having to spend even more money out of my pocket!!!

It has plenty of room and the freezer drawer is so much better than a side by side unit. The flez zone drawer is perfect for meats and cheese, as well as using the dividers to store bottles and cans too. Overall happy with it for the first month. Time will tell on further quality, but fit and finish is phenomenal!
