Was not happy with first fridge needed additional time to find a better solution for cabinet opening. Supervisor granted up to 30 days. Very happy other fridge selected. Staff very helpful and patient. Was old no problem if I didn’t like this one either. Said live w appliances a long time and he wants me to be happy. Great customer service!

After owning my previous fridge for 11 years we looked at build quality of the drawers and shelving. Our refrigerator was falling apart all the shelves and drawers were broken and breaking the pegs holding them up were plastic which all broke over time. The Samsung refrigerator is built a lot better its is very well thought out. We love everything about the fridge.

I read several reviews before buying this refrigerator. I have had the refrigerator a few months now and not experiencing any of the complaints others had. It's perfect. No noises. People complained about the way the water comes out. It comes out fine. No scratches. Highly recommended this fridge!

Nice and big and stays cold whereas my last one did not

Twice the water valve has hung and will not turn off without turning off the water valve to the refrigerator. Ice maker keeps freezing inside and needs to be thawed or it stops making ice. I have only had this refrigerator since January of last year and I am ready to throw it out in the yard. It has given me no other problems besides that and the black stainless looks great in the kitchen. It is just frustrating that the valve keeps hanging the way it does. The last time Best Buy replaced the entire door and now a year later it does t again.

Was afraid to buy this color because I’ve been hearing the black chips. I love it! It gets used a lot by grandkids and teenagers, everything is better than I hoped. Didn’t think I would like the extra drawer, but I love it. The door in door is ok. I use it, but it’s not a necessity. The refrigerator cleans well. I am truly happy with this purchase.

We really love this fridge. It's very large, and the layout gives a lot of options for storage. We also love having an external ice maker and water dispenser. The only complaint is that the dispenser seems to leak a little bit, essentially after you use it there is a little bit that will trickle out over the next several minutes.
