All of the features are great. The only thing i wish is the ability to easily remove or adjust a shelf so more tall drinks can be stored. There is a cool feature that allows you to slide a slide a shelf, but that’s not a lot of space to put multiple tall items. All in all a great refrigerator

This samsung refrigerator works great. Very spacious and pretty.

Having a different brand counter depth fridge to compare to, we came out ahead of the game in so many ways that my family is delighted. We were constantly having to throw food away because it was either frozen or not adequately cooled. Now, with metal assisted cooling and air circulation we don't have those issues any more. And we have a chest freezer too!

Have had this for nearly two years and the last year at least the stupid ice maker ices up all the time and jams up. You don't know this till there is no ice. Also have noticed that the door handles have begun to wiggle a lot lately. Have tried to tighten them up but that doesn't seem to help much. Very disappointed in Samsung. Starting to wish I had drop this kind of money on an LG or even GE fridge instead of this.

We love our new refrigerator! It holds so much food.

It’s a good fridge it has space and does what it needs to. My problem is every time you switch from ice to water you will have some extra drops fall on the tray. A little annoying if you ask me. I’m sure the engineers at Samsung can figure that out, get on it and it’ll be 5star.

Just what we wanted, plenty of space and love the black stainless.

Purchased after my $3,500LG went bad after 18 months and they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find a compressor. This Samsung is absolutely amazing. You can customize two separate refrigerated zones, it runs smooth and quiet. Easy to clean and customizable shelves which is wonderful for groceries and/or platters for entertaining.

We love the refrigerator. However, the black stainless finish can scratch. Don't recommend putting magnets or anything on the doors. If you have difficulty bending over, we wouldn't recommend a bottom freezer. Unit has plenty of room and we love the fact that the middle drawer is a "Flex Zone" and can be used as either a crisper or freezer.

Beside being great to look at, the functionality of the doors, the built in touch pad and the solid fitness of the doors and drawers are quality fitted. I am now looking for the microwave oven, dish washer, gas range, and the double wall ovens in the Black Stainless Steel format.

My Samsung purchase was definitely needed to store extra items that normally would not fit. I don't have to worry about where I am going to store items with all of the extra room. Only complaint is I wish it was fingerprint proof but only the black stainless model is fingerprint proof.
