Look good, work good and big space. No loud noise

This refrigerator is more than we dreamed it could be. The variable controlled temperature feature of the middle drawer is perfect for keeping our beverages chilled. The freezer compartment is large enough for our needs and there are many other features that exceed our expectations for a refrigerator in this price range.

received 1st one with scratched doors was told they could replace them. Phone call informed me they don't do that will have to replace whole unit. They came on day scheduled but not at times scheduled which turned out anyway. I was told they can replace just the doors and that's what they did.

We bought the Black Stainless Steel finish and it matches perfectly with our countertops. The refrigerator is state of the art with the convenient front door to access frequently used items is very handy. The slide out drawer is also handy for meats and drinks. Best Buy set it up within 30 minutes and it went painlessly.

quiet and plenty of light inside refrigerator,good

We purchased this item because of the great features it has along with its sleek design. However, after it was delivered and we started to fill it with produce and other items, it became apparent to us that there is little usable space in the top left door. Our last fridge was able to hold one gallon sized containers of milk and other large bottles of juice in the swing out doors. Unfortunately, the design and location of the ice-maker/water dispenser in this model takes away a lot of valuable interior space. I will learn to live with this flaw by purchasing smaller containers of milk/juice :o(

I like: the door in door feature. We keep constant access items such as iced tea in door & don't have to expose whole fridge to room air. Drawers are right size. Only negative is depth of shelves on water/ice dispenser door. Very little fits in but we've made it work. Black stainless rarely spots and easy to clean.

I love it! has so much room to store lots of food.

I have truly enjoyed this refrigerator and my friends, family and neighbors agree that it is fantastic. I love all of its features and it is not only beautiful, but also holds many items in freezer and refrigerator compartments. I love the flexible drawer so much and the extra pull out section in the freezer.

Trendy, spacious, easy to clean and very beautiful

Just what I wanted. our fridge died leaving us in a bad spot. Went to Best Buy in my home town, the associate I worked with was outstanding. He went above and beyond what anyone could expect to get us a replacement ASAP. I would recommend this refrigerator as well as shopping at the Best Buy in Marlborough Ma.

It’s a great refrigerator. We really love it. The reason for a 4 star is because the display had a lockable section divider in the flex zone drawer and ours came with one that doesn’t lock - not good... but the refrigerator configuration is really great!

Love the black stainless steel and the two drawers!

We had an LG Refer and were very unhappy. It was 6 years old and had continuing problems. This new unit is much better in fit and finish. The door in door is the best and the LED lighting really works, plenty of light without shining in your eyes.

Browsing thru Best Buy thinking about a refrigerator and came across an "out of box" model marked down by about $1,200. It had a couple of dents on the front panels that were hardly noticable.. Could not pass it up, We bought it, had it delivered and installed and are very satisfied. It's a beautiful refrigerator!

We've had the refrigerator for almost two years and its really a great product. The extra door for beverages is a plus and the middle drawer that goes from cold to frigid is perfect. Very happy with this refrigerator.

Sydney helped us pick this fridge out at the West Des Moines store and was great! He had great customer service. When the geek squad out of Ames delivered our fridge to us, they were exceptional! This is the second time they have brought stuff. They make everything look easy!
