Overall very satisfied with the product. We were unsure about a French door fridge, yet it has been great. Much more flexibility than a side by side. Also like the extra drawer. Our experience with Best Buy's delivery and set-up was very bad and we will not buy another appliance there that requires installation.

I definitely like it. Opening the outside door takes a little practice and I still open the regular door when I want to just open the outside one. I think the only thing I may not like is I don't feel like there's enough room for taller items. Overall, aesthetically its really nice and runs well so far.

I didn't think that I needed the double door but I love it! Great for grabbing the milk and juice for breakfast. The kids love the "lunch meat and cheese" drawer. With the freezer on the bottom, no more hands-and-knees to load the fridge after shopping. it's organized so the family can easily see food options.

The overall refrigerator is great. The two downfalls is the ice and water delivery are slow, especially the ice. My 20 year old Whirlpool delivered both water and ice at a faster pace and the crushed ice was just that crushed. This model does not deliver very good crushed ice.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this refrigerator. I stopped by at 3 stores to talk to the sales. Two salesmen told me that this one was their favorite. I even purchased the online consumer report. This one satisfied all my needs....... Double freezers, double doors......it's also very beautiful!

I love this refrigerator the compartments are perfect for people who like organization. It’s very easy to see what’s in your refrigerator. I love the fact that I can access my frequently used items without exposing everything on the refrigerator. What a clever design!

27.8 Cu is HUGE! its a samsung so you know youre buying quality. i've used it for a while now and not a single problem yet. One small detail I've noticed, you CANNOT get water/ice if you open the other side of the fridge. Not a big deal but was weird.

Not only is my new Samsung refrigerator gorgeous, it is extremely handy. I particularly like the extra door and the drawer with the flexible chilling function. Everything works perfectly. Absolutely love it. The installers were courteous and efficient and on time (after a couple of delivery cancellations).

The features of the refrigerator were exactly what I wanted. And I was under the impression that Samsung has good quality products. So, after three weeks, I wake up to find the freezer and refrigerator not working. I call Best Buy....and the nightmare starts. It's Dec 20th, Tuesday morning at 8 am. They can have a 3rd party call me within 24 hrs to schedule repair or exchange it out. After 45 minutes on the phone (including 1 disconnect by the operator putting me on hold) Best Buy will exchange the unit out on Friday between 12 and 4. THE EXCHANGE IS NEVER DELIVERED. I got a message on my phone that they have to cancel and I needed to call back to reschedule. When my husband called, he was told 're truck broke down and the refrigerator was being sent back to the warehouse. And they COULD NOT deliver it the next day. Call back later t o reschedule delivery. Needless to say, all my food has spoiled. When the refrigerator was originally delivered to us, I got a similar excuse from the Best Buy reps. They were supposed to arrive between 8 a nd noon. They didn't and when I called, I was told the truck broke down. When the delivery finally arrived at 2:30 pm, the men said the truck didn't break down, they were way overbooked on deliveries. So the reps lie. There is definitely a problem with logistics and staffing. There are many things one can wait for delivery, but not a REPLACEMENT refrigerator. Process improvement is greatly needed.

Upgraded our cubic feet, lots more space. Wish the shelves were a little more flexible. We have soo many taller bottles/containers to squeeze in there, some of them have to go sideways. Ice maker is a little noisy sometimes, but able to live with it.

I was going to get a cheaper one without the 3rd drawer or the door for the drinks. But I am glad I spent a little more and got this one instead - very convenient. A lot of space as well. The only thing is - I see fingerprints and it is supposed to be fingerprint-less?

This was a very good buy for the money. A high-end, spacious refrigerator. We love the way the main doors operate--two center doors, with one of them having the mini-compartment for quick grabbing of frequently-used items. The ice-maker, with it's crushed versus cube option is also very convenient.

The refrigerator is great! Haven't had any issues . The black stainless steel is a beautiful color. The refrigerator quickly chills food and drinks. Very spacious and practical storage areas. I Definitely would recommend this refrigerator.

My rating would be 5 star if not for the horrible fumes inside the refrigerator. It has been over a month and the plastic smell is still permeating all food! I have tried all sorts of deodorizers to no avail. I am sure if will work itself out however just be forwarned.

Nice and cold! The only drawbacks are in the home, it’s a little darker than it seemed in the store and it’s a little loud. Not the ice maker, the actual frig itself occasionally knocks. Truly doesn’t leave fingerprints and is easy to keep clean.

This is a wonderful fridge. We love the flexibility of the extra drawer and the freezer. The only issue we have is the top shelf configuration does not fit taller beverages. Though, there is a nifty fold up shelf that allows the flex.

We are enjoying the new technology. The food is kept colder. It is well lit and we can find everything quickly. The various drawers are a wonderful idea. The bottom freezer is easy to access. The right hand upper door can be partially opened to retrieve small items without letting much cold air out.

love all the features about this fridge. the only down fall is the Little space for condiments on left door where the icemater is located. other than that the fridge is great....love the metal cooling feature and deli drawer. freezer has more that enough storage with extra pull out drawer.

Visually, the refrigerator is a great addition to our kitchen. The extra drawer allows us to separate the food better to maximize the space. The “quick door” allows use to access juice, milk, and cream without opening the entire door thus keeping the cold in the main compartment.

The shelving is to close together which really limits what you can put in it. The Ice Maker in the left door kills the use of the shelving. Shelves are to small to hold anything but the smallest of items. The large square footage of the Fridge fooled me.
