Lot of water leaks from the ice dispenser. We have to leave a paper towel in the tray area due to no type of tray to catch the water 3000 dollars and this is SamSungs best design

This refrigerator is so versatile. You can change shelf height and depth, drawer temperature from cold cuts to wine and more. I recommend paying the little extra for the metal inside because the food is so cold and the milk is perfect. I have 9 kids and have yet to max it's capacity.

Nice refrigerator with all features mentioned. Looks awesome with Black metal finish and works very cool with Metal Cooling. Gave only 4 stars since I received the item with a dent on Right door and have to follow up a lot with Bets buy for replacement.

We love our new fridge, but we especially love the middle drawer to store our beverages. The freezer holds more than I anticipated. The fridge I'm still getting used to. It is deeper than expected, so as a short person I need help putting things toward the back.

Have only had the new appliance for a couple of days, but have had a hard time removing the ice tray. They delivery guy showed me but I was in the process of moving and didn't try while he was there. Big mistake on my part. Other than that, we love the functionality of the refrigerator.

Part of package deal looks great. Lots of room, some getting used to opening two doors for fridge after 20 years of one door. Middle drawer is great multi purpose with temp control. Freezer has plenty of room with a sliding shelf.

Love the layout of the compartments, except a couple on the left side door are a little awkward for items (size). Great at staying clean on outside. So much better than the regular stainless steel. Only had 3 weeks, but so far this is a great purchase.

This refrigerator is gorgeous to look at but also has plenty of functionality. There is a folding shelf on the inside to accommodate taller items. The showcase feature is amazing, and there is so much room for food. If you are looking for a refrigerator I highly recommend this one.

My daughter bought this refrigerator and has been pleased. We love the double doors within the right door and the middle drawer. Only downside (as with any french door style) is limited height for storing milk, etc. Looks sharp and is very functional.

Would have rated a 5 - but the doors don't close on their own. I am notorious for leaving the door ajar. At least it beeps at me when I do! That aside, this is a great unit - absolutely love the doors and drawer options. Coud not ask for a better fridge!!

This four door refrigerator is the greatest. The door in a door allows you to get frequently used items without opening the entire large door and keeps the cold in the fridge. The 4th drawer also allows access to commonly used items to be obtained, again without opening the entire refrigerator.

I had a side by side refrigerator and thought I wanted the same, but I am so glad that I decided on the Samsung 4 Door French Door refrigerator. After transferring everything from my old refrigerator I have lots of extra room. I love everything about it.

I loved it. Only thing is the space but it was me who chose the counter depth. Otherwise strong shelves and easy to clean. Water filter is bit expensive to replace. I like the ice maker and the extra layer to keep the frozen food.

THIS WAS A PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR KITCHEN. THIS WAS THE BEST REFRIGERATOR THAT WE FOUND FOR STORING SNACKS , ICE CREAM, JUICES, SOFT DRINKS, AND BOTTLED WATER. THIS UNIT STORES EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE. FROM THE LARGE DISPLAY PANEL, TO THE THE MULTI STORAGE DRAWERS. IT HAS IT ALL.

I wanted something different when I had to replace my refrigerator. I really like the style of the Samsung, the metal liners on the inside and the extra drawer that will provide either additional refrigerator or freezer space.

Did not know how much I would like this refrigerator. But so far it has been excellent. The proof will be in the longevity and performance over the years. I like all the features and it cools down quickly. It gets really cold. I would recommend this unit to my friends ... and have.

We purchased this refrigerator as an upgrade and to have more storage space. This item doesn't disappoint. My wife is happy, and that's what really matters because we have more than enough room; plus the set up makes organization very easy. I little pricey but worth it in the end.

Only complaint would be, the ice machine keeps freezing all the ice and we cannot get it to open, we have to take everything out and let the ice melt before we can open it

You can stuff several weeks worth of groceries in this fridge/freezer. However, the ice maker is sub-par. Requires lots of resetting, defrosting and now isn't working at all.

I love this product. It's massive. It's sleek. It's everything I would have ever wanted in a refrigerator. Only two negatives. If you're short, you may have issues reaching items placed in the back. Two there isn't a ton of room for large taller items.
