I joined the best buy program before the purchase of the refrigerator, washer/dryer, and mini washer but I still am not showing any points. Also the refrigerator came with a dent on the side and I was told I was going to receive another one. Still waiting.

We haven't installed the waterline yet so can't tell you how that works. I love the easy access door. Wish it had more room for condiments. Love the freezer part and love the color. However it came with a big dent in the side. And keeps blowing my outlets

I originally chose a 4 door but too large for my space. This was my second choice since the 4 door isn't available in a smaller size. I love the preview door and the shallow depth of the refrigerator so that the food is easily visible and accessed.

The service at Best Buy was great. The sales people were very patient and not pushy. We decided on this Samsung model after viewing 1/2 dozen others no the floor and have not regretted it. The delivery team was on time and very fast with setup. The product and service is excellent!

2 Things stand out daily on this refer - the deli tray is easily accessible and where I keep lunch and snacks right there where I don't have to look for them. The mini door allowing access to the item in the door without dealing with the entire refer. Love it!

We looked at several fridges across different brands and ultimately ended up with this one. We have been very pleased with the functionality and usability. We were torn on whether or not we would use the fifth door but are very pleased that we did choose that model.

I had this fridge in the house I sold and was lucky to still find it and at a great price. There was some upgrades but they were things I didn’t find as a necessity in the newer version. My kids love the pull out drawer.

We are very happy with the new refrigerator. We wanted the freezer drawer on the bottom for convenience. We access the refrigerator more often than the freezer. This refrigerator provides a lot more space and looks great too. We got a very good price at Best Buy.

Very disappointed with this Samsung product. Never had issues in the last with other Samsung products but for the price I paid in this one I’ve had nothing but issues. Have had three separate service calls on the ice maker breaking down on this item. Avoid at all costs.

We bought this fridge on thanks giving day. Got very cool features especially the container door that have flexibility to convert freezer to cooler is awesome. Showcase french door is a nice one to have kids grab and go the drinks without having the fridge temperature.

It's the first time purchasing a refrigerator with the freezer drawer on the bottom. We were skeptical about the amount of freezer space, but there is more than enough room. Additionally, the middle drawer can be adjusted to be a refrigerator or a freezer.

This is a nice roomy refrigerator with a pull out drawer that has different temp settings for different foods. We use it as a snack and deli drawer with pop too. Love the freezer drawers that pull out easily. It's also easy to keep clean with microfiber cloth .

Looks amazing, but the ice maker has to be thawed at least once a month. That is the only issue we have had with it.

I regret this purchase (I don't say that often). Purchased Nov 2017 and now in March 2019 the ice maker is dead to me. It worked for the first 6-8 months but now freezes up solid every few months. I've wasted countless hours thawing it with a hairdryer, bottles of hot water, etc, etc. The ice maker's position in the fridge and narrow dimensions makes thawing it a chore. Replaced a 20-year old Frigidaire which was churning out ice flawlessly. I miss the old Frigidaire. It just worked. So here comes summer 2109 and my simplest option is to buy a stand-alone ice maker because my shiny new $2000+ Samsung fridge can't make ice. That's sad. Not sure I'll EVER buy Samsung again.

It came dented the first time but they sent a new one less than a week later. That one was also dented but they swapped the dented door on the first one with the undented door on the second one. Other than that it's been great. Works great and worth the money.

Samsung products have proven their quality with this purchase. I have more room to store items in the refrigerator and freezer. The functionality is superior to my last refrigerator I am impressed and will continue to buy Samsung products.

The fridge part is great. The ice maker keeps freezing. Had it repaired once and was told it will not be an issue again. It’s an issue again!

I love organization and this product allows me to organize refrigerator and freezer products. When I need something the product is visible and easy to locate. The lighting laminates hidden area's allowing me to quickly find food products.

We got a refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo from the Best Buy in Moore. They are all Samsung and are great! Best appliances we've had. Having some issues balancing the washer, but if that's the worst issue, I don't consider it a major problem.

All good except the fridge was delivered with a broken door. It took two weeks to fix. Also, the middle part is not a true freezer.
