The fridge is big but the doors don't fully come together, also the ice and water tray that collects the water/ice is too small every time the door opens it spills everywhere. Besides that the fridge is pretty nice

Do not buy it. Nice looking but the ice maker freezes up constantly. Jams and stops making ice

We got this fridge at the right price, not exactly what we wanted but needed one quickly. It is louder than our past fridge. Shelves inside are not as user friendly for big items.

I purchased this ice maker July 2017. Beginning 2018 to current the icemaker has been serviced 6 times and is still not working. Also the middle drawer setting is on drinks, but freezes any item positioned to the very back and I have been told there is no repair for that. I do not recommend this product, save yourself a headache.

I loved it but 2 parts broke right away. $3000 and samsung wont send a tiny little part that popped off and broke 1st week. horrible warranty and customer service!!

Install was a nightmare and I’m not certain that I’d do it again, but the fridge is nice. If the freezer stays working (see other general reviews), it’s a big win.

Do your research. The ice maker freezes up regularly and has to be thawed out with a hair dryer. If you do a Google Search you will find this is a common problem with all Samsung Ice Makers. Good luck getting help from Samsung. There should be a recall of the Ice Maker. If not, Samsung should consider adding a hair dryer as a bonus.

We bought this refrigerator and after 2 months the ice maker kept locking up. We had to have Samsung come out 4 time to keep fixing the same problem with it. Then they said to go back to Best Buy and get a new fridge. Samsung said it was a swap but we had to pay money to get the "2019" same model. Super disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy.

The frostless ice maker has to be defrosted every 3 months.There is a factory defect that can not be repaired. Would suggest a different brand.

Our ice maker stopped working after six months. I called support - spent an hour on the phone, and they gave me a phone number for a local company to call and schedule. That's what I am about to do, but I read online reviews and most people said this is the #1 problem of this refrigerator. Be aware of that - I should have checked these reviews earlier.

Sorry it is not fingerprint resistant. Not enough availability to keep condiments on the doors which then clutters up the inside of the fridge.

Overall good but door storage on left is worthless as slots are too skinny for most food items in bottles or jars. Ice and water operation is great.

Has 27 cu ft but when you try to use cannot put big items, for example can keep just 1 gal mil to the side and have to take out some racks to store more

The freezer is fine with a lot of room. The refrigerator Part is not so good. The shelves have almost no room for adjustment. One can't be adjusted at all . This gives you no room for large items like a gallon of milk. You can only put it in the door and that cut's down on the room that you have for smaller items. In the freezer the ice maker has no storage for ice. You can only get it from the front of the door in small amounts at a time.

Very good features. The door in door is very handy. But this refrigerator is VERY loud and distracting.

Purchase price $5200 for only a year and a half of functionality. Just outside of the warranty period, naturally. Then you get to keep calling for repairs until the refrigerator is nearly rebuilt. Samsung used to be good. Such a disappointment and expensive mistake on our part. We are breaking ties with Samsung all together.

The fridge doors were broken upon arrival, the right door did not close and the left door does not stay open.
