Samsung frig.

Said the coolant doesn't have an odor. It was an awful smell and was making the food taste bad. Another repairman had a meter and it registered a smell. Samsung said they would cover the exchange for another frig. but BestBuy wouldn't because we bought a floor model. Had to throw out most of the food .

Cannot adjust tempatrure in middle drawer and brackets broken. thought I had protection plan on Fridge, stove and microwave. Fridge did not for some reason. disapointed in quality of this refrigerator.

The handle has already broken and we are just adults so I can’t imagine what would happen with kiddos. Just an all around bad choice. I’ve maker stats frozen up and we can’t even use it

Damaged

Damaged the door to the fridge and my home door. Had to call repeatedly got the runaway for 3 weeks. Still waiting week 4. This maybe my last item from bestbuy. Other than that awesome fringe except for the scratches and dents!!!

At Best Buy they just inform that these refrigerator are "like this" and cannot be fixed. Unfortunately the problem shows up at home when you already have made the purchase.
