Bought this for my mother who was in dire need of a new one. As soon as we laid eyes on this unit we fell in love with its looks. Not only is it a looker but it has so much space! What used to fill up our old fridge makes this one look like it's empty!

Fridge has cool features. The middle snack drawer is a kids favorite. Also very roomy!!

Let's start by stating this is my first mid to high end fridge. That being said the fridge was surprisingly more than I expected. Pros: A lot of room. Twin Cooling really helps keep fridge and freezer separate, and provides better temperature control. The quick access window is surprisingly useful, at first I thought it was a gimmick, but it allows quicker access to drinks,dressing,etc and prevents temperature loss. Cons : It took almost 2hrs before reaching the target temperature, not sure if this is common. It took 24hrs before getting Ice in the ice maker, again not sure if this is common on a fridges. Although, Samsung did have it in the manual as normal. ***The water and Ice Dispenser sometimes drips right after using it. Thus, make sure to allow an extra 1-2 seconds after letting go of the dispense to capture any last minute drops.

Love fridge vs. side by side. Looks sharp in kitchen. Couple great features is the versatile pull-out drawer. This way you don't have to open both fridge doors to get to deli tray. Makes ice quickly. Was skeptical about the door in door, but best buy reassured me there haven't been issues with latch. So far, really happy with purchase!

This Samsung show case fridge is awesome. Adjustable shelves is the best.

Purchased this about a month ago because my LG model died at exactly 5 years old to the month. This Samsung looks nice but be careful, the front dents very easily. The entire front is magnetic but we're afraid it will scratch easily so we don't put magnets on the front. The ice maker is very large and seemed slow to fill up with ice. Its also slow to deliver ice down the dispenser. The water dispenser angles the water spray inward, toward the door, which at first was nice because if you missed your glass it wouldn't spray on you. But because it angles inward its hard to fill tall containers that don't fit in the dispenser opening, like a coffee reservoir. The double door feature is useless to me. The one thing I like is that the uppermost tray (inside the fridge and on the left) flips up so you can store tall items like orange juice containers on the shelf below. A very simple feature, I wish they would have done that with all of the trays. The large trays built into the inside of the doors are convenient for condiments and milk, but they detract from the total space on the shelves. Once we loaded the fridge with food it was obvious there was less space overall because of those trays.

The Samsung Showcase 27.8 Cu Ft fridge looks great in Black Stainless and works wonderfully. The fridge is quiet and keeps drinks/food at the perfect temperature. The "cocktail party" middle drawer is an excellent addition to standard fridges.

Great fridge. Adequate room. Love the flex drawer for deli and drinks.

Great product works well. Disappointing that the display model I looked at at another store had a locking adjustable divider in the middle "flex" drawer. Bought the same model at Best Buy and the divider does not lock in place. Not sure if it is an older version or what but, because of that, items slide around in that drawer.

We are so happy to have the space and the options this fridge allows.

We've only had the fridge a few months, and it has worked perfectly with one exception; We had a momentary power failure and when the power was restored, the fridge came back on but unbeknownst to us, the freezer did not. When the ice cream melted and began leaking all over the inside we tried to get the freezer cooling but no matter what we did with the controls, nothing worked. I finally decided to unplug the unit and plug it back in, and bingo! It began working again and has performed fine since. The owners manual is easy to understand, all compartments are roomy and well designed, and the features/benefits are quite nice. Because of the on board computerized controls, I would suggest if you get one, plug it in through a surge protector.

The refrigerator itself looks good and is not excessively noisy. Its most important function, keeping things cold, certainly does the trick. That said, the water dispenser is tends to spray slightly when dispensing. If you have a child who you expect to use this feature, be careful . . . things will get wet. As for the ice, the small dispenser dispenses chunks of frosty snow more-so than actual ice. Despite the setting, some cubes come out crushed no matter what. Either setting will dispense small shards of crushed snowy clumps all over the place no matter how carefully you try to contain the dispensed snow chunks. The refrigerator, but for the water and ice dispensers, is a fine appliance. The dispenser feature needs considerable redesign.

It has a lot of storage space and it looks great, so far so good..

The black stainless is awesome. It really does keep finger prints to a minimum. The freezer portion looks like it may be smaller than other french door but it is certainly equal if not larger. The middle drawer is a very nice feature especially since it can be a freezer or fridge. Ice and water work great. Having the extra access door takes getting use to but it is handy. The bottom shelf fits 2 full gallons of milk but smaller items are hard to fit. The upper 2 shelves aren't really tall enough to fit to many items. The only draw back is the top shelf by the icemaker cannot be moved so configuring it to fit everything in an organized manner is tough. In general it is AWESOME but takes some getting use to because things no longer fit in the typical places you put stuff in other refrigerators.

Love our new fridge. Plenty of space for all our groceries and the exterior of fridge is gorgeous. Only complaint I would have is the ice dispenser. Feel like it takes a while to drop the ice.
