I love everything about this refrigerator. It holds a ton of food and keeps my produce fresh so much longer than my old refrigerator. I holds tall bottles and the door in door is very convenient for milk, creamer, butter, jams, juice, etc. The middle pull out door is enormous. I use it to put all my sandwich ingredients in it; sandwich meats, cheeses, breads, and mustard which make it very easy to make lunches. The water/ice dispenser lights up when a glass is held to it so no more over pouring water on the floor in the dark. The freezer configuration is nice as well and holds a lot of food. I highly recommend this refrigerator. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

We received this refrigerator the 29th of November and were a little concerned with reviews that said that it was noisy given we have a great room concept but we loved many of the features so decided to risk it. To date the fridge is much quieter than we expected and we love the show case door. We use it more than we expected. The fridge is spacious with a cubby you can pull out when you open the showcase door. We also like the flip up top shelf next to the ice maker. The two things I wish Samsung would change are the fact that the shelves are fixed rather than movable on the show case door and instead of actual vertical partitions there are moving metal partition rods in the meat/cheese compartment which are difficult to use.

This Fridge has a lot of space and was exactly what we were looking for.

Shelves fold up for larger items, milk and drinks in door a real plus. Great design. Stainless steal is easy to clean. The middle pull out drawer is so handy, the temp options were a big selling point for me. Large freezer section easy to access. Love my new Frig. The two men who delivered the frig were friendly, clean and did a great job.

I love the space this refrigerator has, both in the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice maker could hold more ice, it's also a softer ice than what I'm used to. I love the black stainless steel look, a very classy look.

Samsung has done it again.This Refrigerator represents one of the best purchases I have made from Samsung.The lighting is extraordinary,and as advertised,you can store many of your grocery items in it easily.It is indeed a food showcase and definitely a conversation piece in your kitchen.

We were looking for a new fridge when we noticed this one as a floor model. It had a slight ding on front. Purchased it about half off of retail. Great fridge with plenty of room. I noticed some reviews say there is a knocking sound once in awhile, I believe it is the ice dropping into a tray. Love it, stylish, sleek, and usable space!

If you’re looking for a French door refrigerator, this one is beautiful!! I shouldn’t be excited about a refrigerator, but this is worth getting excited over. I’ve only had this fridge for a couple of weeks, but so far it has been amazing! There is a lot of space in both the fridge and freezer and the flex zone is perfect for cheese or other small items. The LED lighting inside is very bright and you can locate things easily. Water dispenser is easy to use and the ice maker takes up minimal space in the fridge area. We purchased in the black stainless and does not show any fingerprints, which is wonderful since other stainless appliances I’ve had get dirty very easily. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

Not sure about other Samsung refrigerator models, but the Samsung model RF28JBEDBSG/AA has a defective ice maker. Shortly after the basic 1-year warranty ran out, the icemaker began routinely freezing up. When the ice builds up over time, it locks up the fan motor from the glacier of ice. Now, the ice maker is making loud clicking and banging sounds and the ice maker has malfunctioned too with inconsistent delivery of odd sized ice cubes (more like chunks of ice) and it, too, now freezes up. There are several class action lawsuits against Samsung with regards to this exact problem. Don't be suckered by the refrigerator's charming aesthetics. Samsung will charge you $350+ just to replace the ice-maker.

We'll worth the money the black stainless is sharp and worth wait.

This refrigerator would have received 5 stars if the ice maker would not have broke 18 days after getting the refrigerator installed. I also feel the inside freezer sliding drawer construction should have been made of metal instead of plastic. When plastic gets cold it tends to crack. Also, the sliding divider in the big freezer compartment does not lock in place. So keeping items set up right is almost impossible. I really do love the showcase door though, its works awesome for all of those condiments that you may need or milk that you need to use.

I am really enjoying my new fridge and it looks beautiful. My only concern is the different noises that it makes. They are almost constant and different all of the time. The flex zone drawer is my favorite part of the fridge. It is perfect for so many things. All in all for so many reasons, this the best fridge I have ever owned.

The black stainless finish is amazing . Other reviews had the ice maker making alotta noise , for me it doesn't seem to be that bad as it was described . We use the door in door more often than we thought we would

First time utilizing the Black Friday deal, so was happy with getting this fridge at a reduced price. So far the fridge has exceeded my expectations of storage, flexibility of said storage and the ease of usage. Plus the store employee who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. I read the reviews about the ice maker and noise level but decided those were minor in comparison to the other features that were more important to me. I'm so happy with my purchase. The easy access door and drawer are a godsend. I use it so much that I hardly open my full refrigerator except for meals. All the items I use throughout the day are in either of the two easy access areas. I'm so used to it I don't even think about it. The noise of the motor and ice maker are only noticeable when I am near it. If I am in another room or the adjoining eating area, I do not notice it. I am also surprised by how large the freezer is. It holds more than I expected. Now I think I can get rid of my freezer in the garage! I'm super happy with my choice.

Great looking and keeps food really cold. When they tell you right up front that the ice cube maker takes 24 to 30 hours to make cubes, believe it. To turn off the "Ice cube maker off" toggle, you need to switch between crushed and cubed and hold the toggle down for 5 seconds. Hit the reset button and you're good to go. We love the 'fridge and wy wife was very happy when I surprised her with it. She had the same one in mind. The Geek Squad was, as always, superlatively knowledgeable and they bent over backwards to help out with the delivery. They even took $100 off for a two day delay in delivery. Worth the wait.

Wasn't sure about the single full door under the French doors, but now I love it. Saves opening the frigerator whole open to get to things. Use the extra drawer for fruits & vegetables & have had no problem with freezing at 37F. Ice dispenser is a bit slow, could be faster. Love the quick door for coffee creamer & bottles water on the go. Lots of compliments on the black stainless steel, glad we stepped up to the color. Easy access handles makes the freezer door open with ease & gently closes tight. Needed to added the stainless steel hole for water hookup $30. Water taste great but it's our first time with filter water. Find a twin pack for filters is cheaper but haven't purchased any yet but that is the way we will go. Had the refrigerator for 1 1/2 months, love it.

Very nice fridge the black stainless looks incredible in my kitchen,does not show fingerprints or smudges nearly as bad as stainless does, very easy to keep clean
