My 2nd Samsung fridge. The 1st one has ice maker problems. This one is decent. It isn't the best. I've really been disappointed with Samsung appliances lately. This one has the quick access door for juice and milk. Well, there is some sort of adhesive that is making the door stick. I don't know where it is coming from and i used multiple cleaners on it to try to remedy it, to no avail.

I can't add much to all of the good reviews. I will say as to reviews complaining about loud noise they have to be very picky about that, because it is not at all bothersome to us. I was worried that the ice maker might not be able to keep up with our use, but it has. We love the middle drawer for can drinks. The only negative I have is the ice dispenser is a little slow dropping ice. That's not much of a problem if you could even call it that. In short it's big and pretty and functions very well. Recommend it highly.

We have had our fridge for a month now. This is our first french door fridge and we do see some cons... 1) Limited storage in the doors. We are used to storing condiments, etc... in the door but the storage in the door is really limited, almost unusable in some areas. 2) Extremely slow ice dispenser 3) Somewhat limited tall item storage. There are shelves that can be flipped up, or slid back, but still limited. 4) Loud Ice maker (random hear ice drop and its pretty loud) 5) The button to change the dispenser from ice to water is a bit sensitive. It seems like you can just think about switching it over to water and it does it, before you are ready. I guess we tend to hover our finger over the button, I guess cause we are used to faster ice dispensing, and it has definitely changed from ice to water before we are ready a few times. Along with the cons are positives certainly. But I listed cons first because I find cons more valuable in reviews personally. 1) Looks great. Very modern compared to some other brands that look like they are stuck in the 90s. 2) Keeps things nice and cold 3) Love the flex space 4) Love the drawers that pull out at the bottom of the fridge itself. 5) The Door in Door is cool and nice for energy efficiency (hard to remember you have it sometimes though) 6) Love how big the opening for the water/ice dispenser is!!! We can fit very large cups and canisters under there to fill up. 7) we were skeptical about the bottom drawer freezer, but the multi level drawers help with loosing things in the "bottomless pit" In general we like the purchase. We knew there would be pros and cons to whatever style we choose. For the money, this seems to be a really good fridge for a good price. Especially if you get it on sale like we did. Best Buy delivery was fantastic and they get an A+ as well.

Great refrigerator, but a month into the purchase we had an issue with the ice maker. It didn’t end up being an issue because Samsung had great customer service and we scheduled the repair and the issue was resolved promptly hence why I’m giving it 5 stars still. Be aware that you may have ice maker issues but they will be resolved quickly. The gentleman that did the repair said that it was something with this particular model but it’s been in the works to get fixed.

I was having issues with my ice maker in the previous refrigerator. After the 3rd time it failed, they refunded my money. I bought the upgraded version. There were several things that were different that were definitely not a plus. They put a refillable pitcher in the left door. This pitcher refills itself every time it’s used. I can see how it could be a plus for some people. I used to put y’all items in that space. I can no longer do that. The door in door on the right was also better in the previous model. I used to be able to fit two 1/2 Gallon bottles of milk in the door. They have shrunk that down to about 1-1/2 bottles. I have lost space in the upper shelves. The other thing I don’t like is the new style. The older one was much rounder on the corners. This was has much sharper edges. After 3 months, the ice maker in the new refrigerator died. They came out and replaced the ice maker. I sure hope this one isn’t a lemon. All in all, it’s a good refrigerator. I wish they could have fixed the ice maker in the old one, and I hope this one works for longer than 4 months.

I purchased this unit off the floor at the Toledo store. It was an open box "scratch and dent" special. It was delivered along with my stove and microwave a couple weeks later. Delivery was quick and easy. Hooking up the fridge and getting it set up was a breeze. The fridge is quiet. Very quiet. All of the features are easy to use and very intuitive. The gallery door is great. My only complaint is there are no spots where you can store tall items like a 2 liter bottle of soda. We just store them laying down now.

I absolutely love this fridge. Plenty of space, love the French style doors and the black stainless steel is just wow.....a must but

This refrigerator is great. It is very spacious with ample shelf and drawer space for all needs - except for the following - there is not as much room for tall items such as milk cartons, two-quart containers, etcetera. I love the freezer drawer, but do notice that it is more difficult for smaller people to reach into the back of the shelves than our old side-by-side style.

Great fridge for a large family, it did have one very small scratch. But you would have to be OCD like my wife to find it.

Our samsung refrigerator is simply amazing, the black stainless steel looks great and the showcase door is very convenient. We love it!

I do really like my refrigerator for the most part, the only cons that I have are I can hear a ticking sound when it is running and the condiment shelves are very small and we have a lot of condiments. You can adjust the shelving in the main part of the refrigerator but it's really not made for anything to tall because then the other shelves are so close together you cannot use them. The freezer is great and has lots of room.

My old refrigerator worked but it was white and I needed a new oven. So of course that means getting all new appliances so they match. I love this refrigerator! The separate drawer with the separate temp controls is fabulous. The door that opens to give access to the most used items is so useful. There’s so much room in this refrigerator that we can’t even fill it up! Oh and I love that there are shelves that you can flip up to make room for tall items or push in or pull out to make room.

First Time that I bought Brand new appliances I been using it for about a month I really like them, trying to get a good ones I did my research with others brands before to do my purchases.

This fridge worked fine at time of installation. Later that evening I found I was unable to dispense water or ice. I thought when wiping it down I accidentally reset something. Technician tried to factory reset and it still would not work. No questions asked, they are replacing the entire refrigerator. Time will tell if I will get a fully operational refrigerator. Other than that, I am very happy with all the features.

Our family had been using the Samsung fridge for about a month now and can't believe how different a good fridge can help a household, or a kitchen. The middle drawer is perfect for all types of beverages and quick grab snacks. Samsungs black stainless is an amazing product and truly does resist smudges and finger prints. I would honestly rate this product at a 9-10 only because if I could afford it I would have bought the model with the tv/tablet on the face of it. Lol

The Samsung fridge looks great, looks like it will hold more than it actually will tho and is a little loud at times. Only have it about a week now but so far I'd say I'm very happy with it.

This unit has all kinds of adjustments that can be made to tailor your needs; from a shelf that flips up/in to allow you to store extra tall items when needed and you don't have to adjust an entire shelf. I really like the fact that you can do a lot of different things with the inside layout of the fridge itself. I also like having the drawer in a drawer in the freezer.

Had it for 4 weeks now, we are using the middle drawer more than we thought we would. Freezer has plenty of room as well as the fridge.

This is a beautiful fridge but it does not accommodate many taller items such as milk, wine or juice, very limited area for that. There's no light in the back of the fridge. What you don't realize until you actually have stuff in it that it's pretty dark in there? it was very bright and lit up in the store. Even on cubed ice, it spits little ice shards out everywhere. Overall I'm happy with the fridge but very displeased with the dimensions of the storage areas.
