When we were looking for a refrigerator, we primarily wanted two things: a door-within-a-door and a pass-through ice-machine (i.e. no in-door Ice). This refrigerator had both item, plus had much stronger plastics involved than the others we looked at. Thinking down the road, we had no problem believing that this would last, whereas the others we wondered if the plastics would hold up over time. We also liked how smoothly the drawers for fruit and vegetables came out - they rolled, not sliding or scraping.

Love the bright light, door in door thats insulated, middle drawer that goes from a fridge to freezer. Lower feezer space is a WOW plus the roller shelf in the freezer! I got everything I WANTED in one fridge!

This Samsung refrigerator is the first "big ticket" refrigerator that our family has ever purchased, and we love it. My wife like the middle drawer for access to cold things for the kids - they can reach it easily. I love the front door that opens to access items in the door without having to open the whole refrigerator door. With digital controls for the temps in the frig and freezer, this was a great purchase.

There are a lot of neat features in this fridge including the shelf that can fold up to allow for tall items on the shelf below-- also the 1/2 shelf that can slide back to allow for taller items. it is great to open only the outer door to get items from the shelves on the door without opening up it all up. The ice maker is a bit slow and the cubes are white in color instead of clear like most ice. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars

I need to get someone to come adjust the doors. The flexzone draw seem to stay at one temperature and control does not seem to work. I need to reread the manual to see why it is not working correctly

The fridge is awesome. NOTE: You should measure the door you are going to bring it through to get it inside. We had to remove the drawers and muscle it into the house because it was a bit wider than we thought. Note that while it is VERY quiet you will hear every so often a light popping sound. We don't know why it's doing this but it is not a major issue for us. We will investigate this with Samsung. Otherwise very roomy freezer drawer and the middle temp adjustable drawer is very useful.

The refridgerator Looks great is running well so far. It has alot of room.Just like the design and features.

I am very satisfied with this refrigerator so far - it was delivered and installed less than a month ago. I particularly like the showcase door which allows me to access those things I use the most often - milk, juice, iced tea, condiments - without having to open the main refrigerator doors. While I have read previous reviews which complained about the noise level, I have not noticed any significant noise when this refrigerator is running. Overall, I am very pleased with this selection.

Fridge is really nice with great space inside. The showcase door is great for my kids to grab there juices ect.. Def a great buy

We love this Samsung Fridge. It has everything we wanted. The dual drawer is superb. And the Ice capacity is bigger than LG's. Note that some LG model have dual ice maker. Overall an awesome Refrigerator.

Previously owned a side by side, meh. Then we had a a top & bottom; not enough freezer space. French Door is the way to go. We shopped online, did feature comparisons, went to HD & Lowes to look at the others; LG, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, etc. This one is the best in comparison of features, size, compartments, ice maker, looks, warranty & name brand. We've had this in our home for 2 months and love it. Our friends envy us & practically genuflect when they see this fridge. No problems or complaints. It works and looks great. Tip: buy those magic eraser sponges to clean any fingerprints or smudges to keep it looking new.

This is a very good looking refrigerator and having the four drawers makes it very easy to get what I need out.

There is plenty of room with this fridge and everything is easily accessible. Other reviews mention it being loud, and I somewhat agree with that. It's actually more noticeable than my old fridge. I really like the quick open side to quickly access milk without losing a lot of cool air. The shelves on the ice maker door side are kind of odd and not much can fit in them, but still nice. The water dispenses at an odd angle. Our old one shot straight down.

Absolutely love this fridge! There is so much room for everything I need to feed my big family! Having the snack drawer is a big plus making lunch packing in the morning a breeze! Highly recommend!

We love the new refrigerator, we worried that it would not fit but we got the exact measurements from the product sheet at the store. Brought the sheet home, measured and it was tight but it fit. Had I not gotten the exact dimensions from the store I probably would not have gotten this refrigerator, so glad we made the extra effort because I love this refrigerator, it's big, well lit and quiet.

If you are looking for a new fridge look no further. This fridge has everything. I did not want a freezer on the bottom but after putting my food in this freezer, I love it. It holds a lot of food!

My wife loves how big and how much room there is for groceries. Truly a great fridge and very elegant!

Very good appliance. Only downside is that the refrigerator doors are too clumsy as they need to be pushed to close completely. Magnetic release doors would have been better

Love this product! The extra door feature and removable condiment carriers are great for bbq toppings, remove it an place on the table instead of each container.
